22 mile to/from work daily. On US Cellular there was no problem. Now with T-Mobile my phone is useless all but maybe 2-3 miles along the route.

Also, periodically, calls made or recieved do not ring, just go straight to voicemail even though the phone is turned on and has 3+ signal bars.

VERY NOTICABLE decrease in mobile phone service since changing from US Cellular to T-Mobile. 35 year customer getting ready to move to Verison if things don't improve soon.

Desired outcome: T-Mobile- get your act together before me and thousands like me leave for good.
