On the 9th, I called and spoke with Deja to set up a new line with T-Mobile, and everything was locked in—she was supposed to call me at 9:30 on Friday the 12th. When I didn’t hear from her, I called at 10 AM, spoke to two people who couldn’t verify any of my information or conversation. Deja finally called me back at 3:30, only to hang up on me. After that, I spent another 30 minutes in chat on the T-Mobile website, and still nothing was resolved. I’ve been with AT&T for 11 years, and I just wanted to switch my line based on the great deal Deja offered. This has been the most horrific experience I’ve had with a carrier.
