I have been a T Mobile customer for over 30 and I feel like there is definite discrimination and racism against me in regard to my close out bill and equipment. I feel like I have been harassed by the numerous phone calls I receive from your company daily. I transferred my cell phone service over to At& T back on 10/5/25 and started receiving calls from t mobile on 10/31/25 I they could not tell me anything about the bill until I remembered the pin# or visit an authorized dealer/ store. I eventually located a store in Redlands, and I drove there out of my way. I was assisted by a young lady and a gentleman, and the outcome was I owed $302. I specifically asked your employee is this it? because I do not ever want to come back to T mobile again. she said yes this is your total balance including any equipment. I paid that amount and less than a month later today 1/26/2026 my phone is ringing every hour now saying I owe the balance for the watch at the amount of $282 your company shows no accountability and all the fingers are pointed at me. I did my job and drove in proved identification and paid what she asked me to. I lost my job and I am broke. I am emotionally damaged from these phone calls
