I ordered online service and they took my money and then my phone numbers were not compatible. I went into the store and asked them to cancel my service and they stated I needed to call the customer care number which I did. Was talking to 70 different incompetent, unresourceful for over an hour. Just for them to tell me to go back to the store. Pure ignorance. Please go with Verizon and save yourself the hassle of dealing with a bunch of dummies who don't know how to do their job.
