Our service went out the evening of July 15th
on July 16 Flooding occurred in our neighborhood and we were evacuated by local officials. we had no phone or internet service.
No access to Radar Weather or Cell phone to contact family members who were left worrying.
it was out all day Thursday - Monday and Tuesday was in and out.
we have several elderly neighbors who have T-Mobile and a couple who have already switched because of this.
I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years. This experience has me considering a change as well. this is the worst outage but not the first.
seems every couple of months.

Claimed loss: Praise the Lord no one was injured it could have been much worse, and it created a very stressful situation for everyone involved.
