I was receiving ads saying their prices were lower than Spectrum's. I went into the store, and they converted everything without telling me the costs or giving me an agreement. Instead of what I was paying Spectrum, I finally learned that the bill would be way over $200.00 per month. They also told me that certain items were free - not so. I spent more than 5 hours on the phone with T-Mobile representatives in a foreign country trying to convert (port) my phone numbers, but they were unsuccessful, yet they are still trying to bill me. I went back to the store to return everything else, including those "free tablets". I had a letter to give to them. They refused it and said it would be shredded. Further at 87 years old, I'm further protected by both Ohio and Federal laws protecting the elderly which they cleary violated.
Recommendation: Don't accept their promises. Get everything in writing. Don't rely on oral representations.
