I was in T-Mobile store - I was told to upgrade my phone, and get $1950 for my two phones ($1100 for iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPhone 11 Pro).
After a month, I found out they pay only $450 over two years for both iPhones to me-
I tried to contact customer service and even a supervisor of T-Mobile- they only said, we apologize, and $450 over 24 months is all you can get.
I asked for higher-up people to talk to at T-Mobile, but they said they can be contacted only through Fax and then after a week, they respond to you.
My advice is NEVER … EVER go to T-Mobile, their service is bad, and they rub you.
