Back in February 2026 we transferred our business account from US Cellular to T-Mobile since they bought US Cell. We ordered 2 Android & 2 I phones. We never received the phones, and they issued credit after about month of researching. After this dispute was closed, we called/visited a store to have the account cancelled. After 45hrs of multiple phone calls with customer service for months now, no one has been able to cancel our account and credit us the invoice. We were sent a final notice stating they were going to send us to collections for not paying. T-mobile has breached their contract with us and charged us for a service they did not provide. Every time I called customer service it was round and round in the phone tree. When I finally did reach someone, they couldn’t speak to me without verifying our business account but in order to do that they needed to send us a pin number through their phones which we never received. They told us we needed to go back to the store and be verified again which we did and they stated they would call us back and no response and it has been a week and half now. I am so frustrated and tired of wasting my time because each of these phones calls were hours long, min 45mins each and got no where. We are being charged $737.14 with a threat to go to collections. I have now since reported you to the FCC.
Recommendation: Go somewhere else, we went to Verizon
