My son's data was not working, as he was in school out of the country for a semester. After a long call with customer service, the woman offered me another line for free. She said it was a promotion and I only had to pay for activating the line. Well my bill went up and I noticed my son is on his old line. For 3 months I have been charged $35 for the line and customer service said the promotion was I had to have 2 new lines. i don't need a new line, but my under age son needs data in a foreign country for safety purposes. They are only willing to credit me $70 (2 months not the 3 I was charged for) because I am out of the time frame. I am on auto pay and trust that I am being billed correctly or I would have called right away. So I get lied to, to add a line for free and have to pay for it. Unbelievable! I am not asking for anything free. I was offered something free and I had to pay for it. SCAMMERS
