Over a 3 month period of using Tmobile Internet we called tech support at least 4 times for slow speeds and times of unusable Internet. Run around after runaround, reboot after reboot. Then to cancel, we had to wait 30 minutes for a phone call back to be sent to the cancellation team who wanted to discount the price. Who wants cheep Internet if it doesn't work! The cancellation rep said he'd have to connect us with a supervisor. The person who we were connected to had no idea who we were and why we were calling. Back to step 1 to cancel the Tmobile Internet service. NEVER AGAIN Tmobile.
Recommendation: Do not use Tmobile unless you want to get the run around. AT&T has been wonderful so far.
