I am writing this review because tragically the same thing happened to me this year of 2026, where I got charged DOUBLE in a single month by T-Mobile. For example, I was paying $137.46 a month for 4 mobile lines. Later, I got charged again in the same month because the payment I submitted "didn't go through", according to T-Mobile customer service. So I told one of my daughters to help me pay this bill, which she did, and then later she told me they sent her a statement saying that the "payment was cleared". I thought that was it, but unfortunately I found out later that they wanted to charge me another $100+ for the same month! So basically I ended up paying around $269.95 for a single month! But then I thought OK they are going to give me credit for the next month, like they told me through text, but then it turns out they didn't honor what they told me, and customer service said I had to pay ANOTHER $200+ for another single month! They basically kept charging me twice every month to the point where in one month I ended up paying $514.87 dollars! Every time I asked customer service where these charges were coming from or why I was being charged double, they kept making an excuse of saying I was either late for a payment, or that the bank rejected the payment. And I know none of this is true! Because I am the type of person who keeps record of ALL my finances and I even make sure all payments are paid on time! On top of that them saying that the payment doesn't go through is a 100% LIE, because every time I call the bank or ask my family members if the payment went through on their bank, they said it did! Overall this company really STEAL and takes advantage of their customers. And I REALLY hope people read my grievance, along with many others who have complained. It does not matter if you have been a loyal customer like me for 20 years or are a new customer, they WILL eventually take ADVANTAGE of you. There's a lot of T-Mobiles customers like me, that are not happy with this company and their hidden charges, or how much they have stolen money by charging us double! I also will advice people to read T-Mobiles "Term & Services" very carefully because that is where a lot of the hidden charges and loop-holes are at. I say this as a word of caution because even when I tried switching into a new provider and getting out of T-Mobile they still charged me another $269.08! just to "close" the T-Mobile account. Again I am just VERY upset with how they have treated me as a customer and I hope more people will report them to the BBB for a deep Investigation! For anyone reading this, please get the word out and let's boycott T-Mobile!
