I would not ever do business with T Mobile. They are either totally incompetent or corrupt. I went into the local store to change from AT&T to them. I told them I lived in an area where service was difficult. They told me I would be able to get service. SO, we changed out the sim card and I filled out their paperwork. With the condition I would be back in the store the next day if their service would not work at my house. I went home and had no service. I went back to the same store and spoke to the say employee and they reinstalled my AT&T sim card and canceled the agreement due to them not being able to provide me service at my home. Almost a year later I find that they have turned in a bill for collections for non payment and it was on my credit record. I never received a bill from them, a call, a text, a email, nothing. I went back to the same store and was told they could do nothing for me about the erroneous billing and collections. I was told to call an 800 number, I did and was told the matter could not be found in their system and someone would have to call me back I waited a week and no call, I called them back and got the same run around. They will call me back it’s been another two weeks. At this point I’m going to file a $10000 civil lawsuit for fraudulent charges, extortion from a collection agency , and for damages to my credit report. They don’t seem to have any concern about correcting their mistake. If they can’t or won’t handle such a simple task as correcting a mistake, I would not recommend doing business with them.
Recommendation: Don't do Business with them
