I was a former customer for US Cellular. My account was switched to T Mobile without my consent. I did not sign anything for my account to be switched. I am now having troubles with my phone and I have been on the phone with tech support for over 5 hours. They have had no luck on getting my phone to work. I am still on the phone with them and it is 930PM. We have be through the same processes over and over and nothing has been resolved. I have talked to multiple different techs and when one can't figure it out they send me to another. I want something to be done about this.
Desired outcome: I want a years worth of free service on the best plan they have and when the year is up I want to pay what I am paying now or less which is 200 a month.
