Hello:

When I first opened my account, I attached a checking account number and by accident later on learned there was a typo in my account, however, after making a few phone calls I was told the reason for the rejection of my payment. I still made payments way over the requested amount and when my next payment processes I will only owe $400.00. I was told there were multiple attempts to call me. My phone has a roboapp killer. If you are not in my contacts it will not ring through. I could have been sent an e-mail or regular mail informing me of the mix-up. What I cannot understand - I made several hundred dollar payments after fixing the mistake and they still closed my loan?

Earlier this year I used my care credit card and signed up for direct (not automatic) deposit. I did not realize that I typed my checking account number incorrectly. I was told several unsuccessful attempts were made to contact me by phone due to the incorrect account number. I explained, I have a robo killer app on my phone and unless you are in my contacts it will not ring through.

I finally resolved the problem, although my account was closed and am being told cannot be reopened.

First of all, on my side of the computer - there is a small ring of dots circling, saying your payment of $871.00 is processing. That payment was one of the first with the incorrect checking account number (in fact there may have been two of them for the same amount?) going back to february and march 2023. Why am I seeing it as still processing?

Second, my credit score is over 800 and I am significantly ahead on payments to my synchrony care credit account bill. My required payments are less than $100.00, if you look at my activity you will see many payments for much larger amounts in several months,

I am asking, if my account can be reopened. It was closed simply due to a typographical mistake pertaining to my checking account number.

Please respond if there is anything you can do for me.

Sent on 8/09/2023. The principal on my house was $213,000.00 as of march 1st, 2023, it is now $152,00, that is $61,000, that is $61,000.00 in seven months. I purchased a 2020 elantra october 1st, 2022, 72 month loan - paid it off in february of 2023. In other words, I pay my bills, this account with care credit will most likely be paid off by the end of 2023 or first quarter of 2024. I pay everybody, every time, all the time!
