We purchased this product HMD8053UC/02 $2279 and it was delivered to us on August 14th we opened the box and noticed it was not the correct one, we thought we ordered the convection oven/microwave. We called the manager Mike immediately and said we were confused on where the mix up came, our mistake with the stating the wrong code, however, the other manager admitted when we ordered from her she confirmed it was a convection model and that is why it had a C in the code. So given this it is both franchise and ourselves who are at fault together. On August 17th the manager Mike called and said we could not return this item because it was a special order. We were never once told we could not return our appliances. We purchased over $13, 000 that week and he didn't even care. In the last 5 years we have purchased over $25, 000 in furniture and he kept saying he couldn't resell it so we were stuck with it. they offered us a $250 credit on the next microwave we buy, which we have to buy and now have over $4000 in microwaves. I have called many Brick outlets and Bosch and all insist that this franchise would be the one to easily return our item and they are unsure of why they won't. I am now trying to deal with headquarters and hope a owner will contact us in regards to same. I am super disappointed and saddened that this franchise have been so reluctant to assist us and not explaining up front that there is no returns. We just want a refund or the very least we would return it and use the credit to purchase something else at that store. I asked if there was a headquarters or higher up I could contact and the manager stated it didn't really matter because it's an online form (this one) I fill out and they just re-direct it back to him. I really hope that's not the case and headquarters can contact me because I have been on teh phone all week speaking to various Bricks.
