Fantastic product, exactly what we wanted for when we have a large gathering! The American Mahogany is the perfect match to our decor. The coffee table is beautiful and discreetly stores the five large leaves. The mechanical parts are strong and well lubricated making easy expansion and contraction of the table. The only concern we had was around the communication after the payment. We don't usually make a ~$2000 purchase online so when we started having problems keeping track of our purchase through the company's processes to the shipping company's processes we started feeling this might be a scam. Transformer Table did respond to our many inquiries but we don't feel we should have to constantly be inquiring on the progress of such a expensive purchase. We prefer to have too much communication rather than not enough, especially in this day and age of online shopping. In the end we called the shipping company directly and talked to a shipping agent who was very apologetic for the lack of communication and helpful in resolving/calming our concerns. The packaging was great at protecting the product through the cross country shipping, arriving at our home in perfect shape. We are very impressed! Now we need to host a large gathering to give this table the true test. Thank you Transformer Table for delivering what you advertised!

The table they sent had a veneer that began to peel and split within 2 weeks of delivery!

They claim it is solid hardwood- it most certainly is not!

In addition, they say they do a price match when they have a sale on their products. They promised me a refund of $243 yet “they” the “higher ups” denied it. It’s been over 2 months and I still haven’t received my refund.

They did acknowledge the issue and promised to send a new table when one was available. I’m guessing that is again not solid wood either as they mislead us to believe.

Our table showed significant wear within warranty with minimal use. We were disappointed and reached out within the warranty period. We were met with a very dismissive, generic message saying that the wear wasn’t covered in the warranty. I was sure that this was a mistake and sent photos and explained the situation once again. I was dismissed again, and noticed that the company blocked my social media account after sharing my experience. The negative reviews I have been able to find all day the same thing. They were dismissed and blocked. It seems like the company likes to comment on all negative reviews and argue with the customer instead of fixing the issues. If only they cared about their actual customers as much as they care about the influencers they send stuff to for advertising.

I have placed an order for one transformer table and a bench on March 26

After numerous followups with a guy called France (almost weekly basis) i have not yet received any proper response as to when the product will be shipped or when the order will be expected.

The team never send updates on their own, it has to be initiated from my side.

The order was supposed to have arrived on April 28. We are now in July and no shipment email was sent, no tracking and absolutelyI no update.

I request a full refund immediately and no long want the table

I purchased two tables, two benches and a coffee table. The wood is very soft and not durable. The coffee table got a huge dent when my 2 yr. old grandson dropped a small plastic car on it... ok... hmmmm... should hold up with such a small accident. I took it in the chin. I use these tables in my formal dining room. It is just my husband and I so we use our breakfast nook daily. I use these for when I have company. I have owned it 4 months, and used it about 5 times. I keep a thick table cloth on it always. It already has SEVERAL dings and dents. When I spoke to the company they said "not covered under warranty, just wear and tear!" Wow... nope just poor quality. If they even offered some portion of a refund I would have felt validated. I miss my old dining room table! It took the abuse of children for 20 years with minimal scratches, but was not large enough. I am sorry I traded it in on a pretty new face. $5,000 wasted!
