Adult wet cut without blow dry and kids dry cut
I am very disappointed with my haircut and my 3 year old daughters. I booked 2 appointments on the phone for my daughter and myself. I went in to the salon and was not happy as I spent £14.50 on my daughters haircut which just was an inch cut, I asked the member of staff why am I paying almost £15 for my daughter for just an inch of haircut which I could of done myself at home to be honest. My daughter was not really happy when I left the shop as she said her hair is still long and hasn't been cut short.
On the other hand, I had been charged £33.50 for a wet cut where I had layers and feathers done, however blow drying wasn't included, I would've had to pay another £10 or so for a blow dry which is absolutely ridiculous, especially when I've spent so much on both of us. I left the salon looking like I just woke up from bed, not to be rude or anything. I expected more from this salon as I've always gone there for my haircut since a young age.
The disgraceful manager at Birmingham bullring supercuts
I had a booking at bullring supercuts (where I've been going for over ten years) I want to have the same cut I've been having for over ten years he tried to charge me more then usual shouting at me, then storming off then waving his scissors at me aggressively. When I asked him to keep social distancing he said don't tell me what to do in my own store and then said take your money (deposit) and leave
The reason he got himself involved was because a employee of his had told me the day before over the phone that the booking is fine no issues same as usual.
The manager was cutting a customers hair when I walked in and sat down, he stormed over to me and no that's no going to happen pay more or leave I was shocked, he also said I'll call security if you don't agree or leave
The employees were shocked and silent I told him to try and hear me out he said no I don't need to just go he was historical randomly
I think he's mentally not fit to work or be managing any kind of store, possibly on drugs
Desired outcome: He should be disciplined or fired
Refund
My mum went into your Uxbridge branch and got told by a very stoppy employee you have to put a £5.00 deposit using your card, my mum said she wanted to pay by cash. Finally after a few minutes and talking to someone else. She took the deposit of my mum.
Today when my mum turned up for her appointment, she already had said she wanted it restyled and cut but the lady who she spoke to said we only wash and set now . But my mum told her that is not what I said I wanted and then asked for her refund but they refused to give it to her. The lady said I will talk to my manager my mum told her I thought that lady over there is the manageress and got told no it's a man and the lady said his busy on the phone so I can't speak to him about your refund. She also showed my mum in very small print no refund. I would like this sorted out for my mum Mrs bridie MCilhagga

Not having proper cleaning supplies
I'm concerned with sanitation and disinfection of the salon along with the safety of everyone who comes in. All stires are sold out of cleaning materials.
