Supercuts review: Hair cut

I made an appointment in the morning of 11/25/2020. for 4:00 pm and when I got there she doing a girls hair. She ask me if I had an appointment, I told her yes I have a 4:00 pm appointment. She then said I'll be with you in 10 minutes, I waited until 4:20 pm and nothing happen. Accordingly because of the coved only the customer and the person who's going to cut the hair should be inside, but there another person (a women) was sitting on the barbers chair and was not wearing a mask. I thought about the situation and decided to leave because of someone who had put family or friends first and not putting other customers who made an appointment, waited for a half hour and not having my hair cut. I will never go back to the Pahoa Supercuts knowing that there not serious or responsible..
