Supercuts review: Supercuts with no pricing posted ripping off people expecting standard price

I went to one of your Supercut Located at: 20735 Stevens Creek,
Cupertino, CA 95014
I was charged $25 ( Less $2 off Coupon ) - $23.00 net
which matched their price board - for Haircut II - Shampoo, Cut & Blow Dry
Included in this $25. package.
However, it was a terrible cut - rather than going back to same salon;
I looked up the next Supercuts Close to me - they had good reviews ; upon arriving I asked for Mgr - She listened to my story & offered to fix it for me -
but she did not have prices posted as the other salons do - so I confirmed with her that I paid $25 & hoped she could give me receipt & I would go back to first salon for refund. -
When She sat me in the chair - she asked Shampoo ? I said YES - She then went on to the cut - and then took out blowdryer put some stying gel in without asking or telling me she was going to charge extra ... all the while i was in chair ; she was sympathizing with me and asssured me She wouldnt charge for her to fix style. -- I expressed I would still pay her $25 as last salon and get my $ back there. At the checkout she said "$57.00 Please"
I was blown away & started to tear up because I have been unemployed since November and have never paid more than $25 when I have gone to supercuts over the last 3 years every 4 months ... First time I was in this supercuts.
