The hairdresser Carol Kremer intentionally cut my hair 2 inches shorter one side of my head. She created uneven layers all have my head. The banks were different length of each side of my face. Because the hair were wet I couldn't see the damages until I dried and tried to style them at home. That day I requested only to trim my hair not more then 0.5 inch...

Supercuts salon closed at time of appointment

1/18/23 Arrived at Middleton WI salon for 9:40 appointment. Doors locked, lights off. Website states they are open, Facebook says they are open. Phone not being answered. I waited until10:15. Have reported on messenger and only response was to contact customer care which I have been unable to log on to.

Appt. was made the day before and I was given numerous time options for the 18th,

Supercuts Kid hair cut

Had a discrimination issue at a supercut salon, i am a regular customer with my daughter son and husband at this location they have cut my son s hair many times and they refused this time because when i entered my son had to go bathroom and i need to change his diaper, while changing the diapet the sink was clocked and water started to over flow outside the sink on the floor i cleaned all the bathroom and came out , the girls were extremely non cooperative they didnot wanted to give me paper towel or anything that i can clean the bathroom with, and when i came outside they refused to give me service, i asked another girl to plz cut his hair she agreed but they went to her whispered in her ear to refuse me and she refused me too, i ended uo leaving the salon and went to another supercut to get the kob done, it was done! There s more to this this experience i would like to talk to some one soon as possible

Supercuts Haircut and customer service

I went for a haircut at the supercuts on the US 380 aubrey highway. I have bit of a rough scalp and I know it might not be a good view to the hairdresser. But are you allowed to give judgemental looks to a customer and then shove of just one part of the head and let the hair on the other half remain? Why is there a mandatory $5 that wr need to pay for this customer service. I got myself thinking might be because I am an Indian.

Supercuts hair style

I left the Addison, TX, Supercuts Store #8956 with a style that looked ridiculous and was EXTREMELY hairsprayed. Concerned about the amount of hairspray, I specifically asked if I would be able to run my fingers through it later to look nice and relax the curls for a once-in-a-lifetime celebration I was attending. I was assured it would work well with my fingers and look fine.

This turned into a matted hairspray mess where I had to shower before my celebration, shampoo twice to get all of the hairspray out, waste two hours of my time, and not have my hair look like I wanted for a celebration and pictures that can't be recaptured. This has never happened to me before when I have gone to other salons.

I called the manager who said she would have the owners contact me. They haven't. I called back to the manager three days later. I still have not gotten any positive response. I want a complete refund.

Supercuts Haircut

I went to the barber to get a simple fade and the barber didnt even know how to [censored]ing give a simple fade and now my sides are uneven and it seemed like she just wanted to give haircut and get rid of the customers, mid haircut she tells me she has only done highschool. What the [censored] are you guys doing hiring people who have no experience and just ruining people's hair! Never gettin haircut from this dog[censored] place again.

Supercuts Haircut

I am new to the area and needed a basic cut. I made an appointment for 10 am and came early. I had to wait until 10:30 then the person who cut my hair did not seem to have any idea what to do! I have straight hair and it is not easy to cut if the hairdresser has not practiced enough. I expect a licensed hairdresser to be able to cut all hair.

I just wanted an 1 inch to 2 inches off length, straight across and then follow the line where I have one other layer that frames the jaw/face. Not hard, but I ended up with a mess. She cut at the hair so that I have a million little layers all over with no purpose. I had to tell her that the length was too long on one side and short on other. She proceeded to put more little layers in! I have "curtain" bangs which needed help and she was done before even doing them or the front of my hair. I gave up and left, now I need to find someone to fix it. It is going to take forever to grow the awful cut out, meanwhile it looks terrible! How can you allow someone to work who has no idea what they are doing. I will never go back to this company ever.

Supercuts Customer Service

I made an appointment for 1130 at Bremerton and was a few minutes early. I sat down as the two stylists were busy with clients. I was not greeted but sat right in front of the register. About 12 minutes went by and the phone rang. Jolene answered the phone and I could hear the stylist say her name and something to the effect of "I apologize for that (x2). I am sorry about that. Maybe it was a miscommunication. Don't use language like that.". She hung up the phone and her coworker rang out the client. (Neither one of them still did not acknowledge me). Jolene turned back to her client and started to rant about the call to her coworker. I get it, as it did not seem like pleasant phone call, but I was right in front of both of them and they never even said hello! Finally, after a few minutes I said something to the effect "Does anyone even know I am here? My appointment was at 1130 but no one has even said hello! Jolene said I apologize that you were not acknowledged and just looked at me. I then asked if anyone was going to cut my hair? She said it was up to me and I said maybe it is not a good idea so I left. (I definitely do not want anyone with such an attitude to cut my hair.) I then made an appointment at the Silverdale salon (they could not take me until 1:30) but what a totally different experience. I was greeted immediately by Sonal and waited for a few minutes while she cleaned up her station. She said it would be a minute as she just did a long session with her previous client. She cut my hair (ticket number #[protected]) and did a fabulous job. She was very professional and was really nice even though I could tell she had not had a break for a while. I get that Jolene was having a bad day but I was more than patient and she could have handled it much better. Jolene needs to take a page out of Sonal’s book in customer service.

Supercuts Awful experience

To whom it may concern

I popped into one of your branches today by Shepherds Bush train station W12 at approx 13.30pm I thought I'd cheer myself up and get a haircut as I have been home almost a year recovering from a full total hip replacement and my usual salon can't fit me in until week after next as it's my son's birthday next weekend.

The only person there was an oriental man, I had explained that I only just wanted my hair graduated a little on the sides and back and to cut around the ears to make my cut look sharp a tidy up to be precise.

I am so upset and couldn't stop crying on the way home he had literally butchered my hair, and I told him this and all he could say was that I didn't have to pay for the cut of course I wouldn't it's disgusting how am I supposed to correct it now , I am a senior security officer at a very iconic fashion global headquarters how is this going to make me feel confident at front reception signing in clients and VIPS !

My experience today was awful not only was there no duty of care , he wasn't even graduating my hair he was just hacking it and not paying attention continuing cutting whilst talking to other customers coming in !

My confidence is shattered not only having to turn up for work tomorrow but my son's birthday next weekend where obviously family members are going to notice and comment which will be very upsetting to hear because of the awful way that my hair has been hacked to bits!

This is the worst experience from a salon I've ever had !

I have attached my first photo of how my usually is and the 2 photos from today at your salon and he was going to charge me £33 !

What am I to do now I'm so so angry and upset!

Supercuts Haircut

Took my son to get a haircut on Lake Mead in Henderson, NV and he was left with crooked bangs and sides. We called and tried asking for a refund since my child did not feel comfortable going back to get his hair fixed & we needed to take him elsewhere to see a barber that charges $40. The lady I spoke with was kind but the manager would not allow the refund even after her employee butched my child’s hair. I provided photos of how my child left the salon. We just asked for a refund to go towards his haircut that needed fixing.

Desired outcome: We just wanted a refund to go towards his new haircut to fix what the Supercuts in Lake Mead Henderson, Nevada did.

Supercuts Online Sign-In

This occurred at approximately 4:02 pm, on Sept 26, 2022. The sign-in feature has a bit of a glitch (laptop). I chose a day, and the next choice shown was "continue". Then the screen came up to enter personal information, which I did. Then the "finish" button was next. The feature on the left that tells how much waiting time there was indicated "0". I assumed I would be near the top of the line when I got to the location as no day or time was indicated. When I got to the location, there was one person in a chair with a stylist. Another stylist came from the back. I told her I had signed in online. She said for 4:00 emphatically, and then went on and on about how I wasn't signing up to be next in line. I had made an appointment and I wasn't there then. She continued for quite sometime. I asked her if she would show me on my phone how it worked, so I wouldn't make the mistake again. She said all sites were a bit different, so no. I wanted to leave, but my schedule is pretty full this week. I really didn't want someone working on me that was obviously angry and huffy, but stuck it out. When I got home, I looked back at the website and found the problem. The continue button moves. When I used the site, it covered the place to choose a stylist and a time. Now I know. I know who I will not choose should I go again.

Desired outcome: The "continue" button should always come after all the info is filled in. Site should not be able to fill in default info for customers. Stylists need to check their attitudes at times.

Supercuts Hair color at super cuts

Went for a color at Supercuts quoted me a price of $167 after 4 hours of having hair color went to pay and she said the stylist quoted u the wrong price it’s $267 because my hair Is very long. I said I would have never agree to that price if she quoted me that price. I had to pay but I feel I should get some money back. To me that’s a bait and switch. Supercuts on Tatum Blvd in Phoenix Az

Supercuts Wash & Blow Dry

I went to Supercuts and checked in as a walk in. I waited for 25 mins until it was my turn then Maria asked me what I wanted to get done (wash & blow dry). She expressed me to that she nor Trudy couldn’t do it as they had too many walk ins waiting. I was next. I was also a walk in and I’m paying my money for a service. I walked out and cried because I felt profiled.

Desired outcome: This isn’t the first time they did it to me. This is the 2nd occurrence and I would like an apology. I will never go back to them. They ruined my day.

Supercuts Haircut

I went to the Supercuts in Groton Connecticut to have my hair trimmed a half an inch. Ambria Case was my hairdresser. She cut off more than an inch and when I asked her not to trim so much off the top she got mad and threw me out. The hair on the left side of my head an inch longer than the right so I asked one of the other stylists to just trim it a little bit to even it out and Ambria would not let them. I went to have my hair trimmed because my mom's funeral is next week and she just made this whole grieving experience even worse for me. She is a bad representative for Supercuts. And although I usually go to Supercuts in Columbia, Maryland I will never ever use your franchises again.

Desired outcome: To give Ambria customer service training to let her know that when a customer questions her she doesn't have to go ballistic. To let her know that if she's having a bad day not to take it out on her customers

Supercuts bad haircut and manager

on Monday August 22,2022 I got a bad haircut, I complained to the store manage about it. She agreed to fix it for me on the 26th of August at 11 am at the Supercuts on Robinson Rd. location in Tonawanda, NY Then on Friday morning at about 8 am, I get a call from someone named Joyce, stating that the manager was " nervous" fixing my hair. Also, Joyce told me that they do not want me at the Robinson Rd. location any more All because I told the stylist that it was uneven. She acted like I was crazy and I didn't know what I was talking about. So now I have to go somewhere more expensive to fix the problem Collene Gandy

Supercuts very bad haircut

My son and I went to haircuts at the Gloucester Va salon on 8/12/2022 in the morning around 11am. The girl that cut my sons hair botched it so bad, it was uneven it was the worst haircut I have ever seen. She was very inexperienced. To have let my son walk out with what she did to his haircut is really sad. It was so bad we ended up going to another salon to have it fixed. After spending $50 on haircuts and to have it this bad is really sad. I would like a refund for his haircut. And I will say I will never go back to the Supercuts salon in Gloucester Va.

Supercuts Stylist using incorrect product on my hair causing breakage

Supercuts on Elmwood Ave, Buffalo NY, Thursday Aug 11, 2022 at approx, 4pm. Stylist washed my hair, did not apply conditioner, blow dryed and flat iron my hair without using proper protective products, didn't use a heat protector which has caused my hair to break off due to heat damage. Didn't use proper hair product for color treated hair. Which has caused my hair to breakage
