My wife went into supercuts @ 578 North Euclid Road, Anaheim 92801.
She (my wife) signed into the kiosk and entered that she wanted a senior shampoo and cut. The stylist sat her down and put the cape on her and started. Sprayer her hair with a squirt bottle and my wife asked what she was doing, and my wife told the stylist that she had put down what she wanted, and it was a wash and a cut.
The stylist then walked my wife to the shampoo basin and did not make sure she was comfortable in anyway, she was placed in a bad position and even had to speak loudly to get the stylists attention, and the stylist repositioned her one time and it still was not, comfortable, then the stylist then put a stool under here feet but it was still too short and my wife's neck as not resting properly in the basin, the stylist was pushing down hard on her head and it started to hurt my wife's neck and head. And now there is water running down the back of my wife due to the fact she is not close enough to the bowl.
And after what my told me was a very rough washing, they went back to the chair and by this time my wife's neck and head was now hurting (even more). And after the haircut, my wife's hair was 3 inches shorter on the right than the left. So, at this point my wife is having serve headaches and they have not subsided as of today 10-15-23, and I know this is all on came as well.
Desired outcome: originally: wanted just wanted out medical co-pays, but now. We require, immediate response, before we contact an attorney, we also ask that you also retain the video footage of that, we were told that only corporate can view the video.

I got a hair cut at a supercuts 10829,2 West Sunset Hwy Ste 3 Airway Heights WA yesterday around 1:00 pm when the stylist was using the clippers I told her they were dull and it hurt see attached photo
