This is for the location on 5823 Fairburn road. I bought a foot long tuna bacon sub with chips and a medium fountain drink and cookie. When I was getting my fountain drink I noticed the Pepsi drink was flat, I then tried the starry drink and it was flat. I then tried Dr. pepper and it was flat. I informed the employee Pria which is an Indian/ Arabic woman of the issue. She said “ if you want to buy a bottle it’s extra.” I said “I already paid for a meal with a fountain drink so why can’t you do. The fountain machine?” She said “buy a bottle.” She kept saying this several times to me. I asked her for the number to corporate and then she said she doesn’t have it. She proceeded to call her manager whose name is Dee which is another Arabic male. She then said “do you want a refund for your drink?” I told her I just wanted them to fix the machine. She gave me a refund and just put it on the counter which had a bunch of change. I told her that she could have handed me my money and one buy one I was picking up change. Her response to that was “she’s too busy to hand it to me. I told her how rude she was and that I wanted the number to her store manager whom she got on the phone. Dee’s number is [protected]. I called him and was highly upset with the customer service received and expressed how upset I was and told him everything that happened. He said “sorry” as if what I was saying didn’t matter. I told him I am not a happy customer and he then proceeds to tell me that I didn’t need to yell. I explained to him that I am upset about the situation and how his employee spoke to me and didn’t try to resolve an issue and tried to update me on a bottled drink I didn’t ask for. He said “I said sorry, so what do you want me to do?” You can fill out a complaint online to corporate. I feel angry and disgusted and I feel like the improper service is because I’m black. I am in disbelief of how the employees talked to me after I spent money
