Stop & Shop review: Disciplinary & customer service training

I visited the stop &shop on 4/21/20222 at 7:am at the newark ave store in elizabeth, im constantly having to ask the cashiers to open the gate thats lock were the soap, deoderant toothpaste ectc are located, they have to go to the night crew chief that has a bad attitude, problem and dosent like to open that section for whatever reason, I have to go to work and the night chief delays my shoping experience which make it negative, I recently spoke to the manager who assure m he was going to take care of it, everything is suppose to b open at 7:am. So shoppers can get there items and go about there business, the rest of th crew or customer service friendly. I been a costumer for 30 years. Also this has been going on for more than a year.
