I was picking up my teenage son from work on Monday February 24th. I witnessed manager Joey being aggressive with my son and started cursing at him. I have been a customer at Winn Dixie for more than 20 years and I know they value not only their customers but their employees also. This attitude that Joey displayed was not showing leadership nor professionalism. My son quit, I tried to talk to him in the parking lot my son told me he will not be disrespected like that and I strongly support him. Just because he is a teen does not mean Joey a person with authority could look down upon nor criticize him. He had no right to curse at anyone. I'm not sure of this complaint will be addressed, I hope that it will because Joey represents Winn Dixie and if he did this to my son, I could imagine how many others he is doing it to.
