I unavailable to see i have went and purchased alcohol everyone has told me it's okay as long as my son doesn't touch anything but be my guide and i get a ride lady tell me i can't be in her store because my son didn't have an id even though the other employee know my citation

We spent$135.00 on groceries and couldn't get a single employee to help bag the groceries... this is totally unacceptable!

I would rather have spent a little money at Publix, because at least the employees do their job!

This occurred at the location on federal highway in Deerfield beach, FL, on Wednesday, may 4th at about 8:50pm

This store associate lied to me about a product and then threatened me.

I would like to file a complaint on the Pharmacy and Pharmacy Manager store # 1432 Park Plaza Shopping Center 3300 Paris Rd, Chalmette, LA 70043 for not wanting to honor my GoodRX prices and having a very nasty attitude about it. The comment was made that she would only give me the WinnDixie discount price and would not entertain GoodRX prices because she would not get anything off “those” rates. As a customer I am very disheartened and outraged at this poor customer service shown by a person in leadership. According to the GoodRX site WinnDixie is a participant and the medication prices that were quoted are significantly different. I have never experienced such bad customer service at a WinnDixie.

Bought a 8lb Smithfield Ham on the 12th of April put in the freezer took it out on the 16 to let it defrost next day was going to prepared the ham while unwrapping

the ham I notice that the use by date was covered up by the store sticker which read use by May 25 2022 . Today I went to the store and notice that a lot of the use by ( is cover up ) is this how you treat your customer by buy expired products

BEWARE FOR YOUR SAFETY! The Winn Dixie in Marathon FL employees a developmentally disabled employee that retrieves shopping carts, all shoppers at this store should be aware that this employee has displayed aggressive, abusive, and hostile behavior toward customers in the parking lot. I was aggressively accosted by this individual a few days ago. I am all for helping the developmentally disabled but NOT when their unpredictable behavior causes a danger to customers.

I am pretty much fed up with the poor quality of the produce at my local Winn-Dixie, at which store I've shopped for years. On multiple occasions I've seen apples and onions with soft spots, garlic turning black, and at least once, citrus fruits that had tiny bugs buzzing above them. Once I took home a package of squash and when I got it home discovered one of the pieces was rotted on the bottom. Tonight I went to cook dinner and had to throw out the first of three onions I bought one week ago today. I also had to throw out an entire head of garic; not one clove was usable! The second onion needed a couple of top layers removed as they were also beginning to go bad.

I won't even go into recently throwing out two unopened bags of rice that both had small, live bugs crawling all over the inside. Had to throw both of those out as well.

I doubt I will ever buy produce at W-D again. This has happened too many times.

I purchase this very often but the one I most recently purchased tonight 3/29/2022 at the local winn Dixie I shop at there pieces of shredded paper throughout the meat.. it wasn't the bottom piece either..

I bought the 4 piece bbq leg and thighs quarters for dinner tonight, I plated the chicken for my family and sat down to dinner, once I finished my chicken I picked up by he bones to throw them in the garbage and a metal drain cover fell off the chicken and onto my plate. The drain cover appears to be from a floor drain, I am completely disgusted and get nauseous every time I look at the drain cover. How in the would could something like this happen? I can’t even speculate on this, I’m getting ready to contact the Department of Agriculture now.

I went to Winn Dixie to buy ice cream for a home made apple pie. When I opened the ice cream freezer all the ice creams were extremely soft and melted. We asked for the manager, Yolanda came to meet us. When we explained

Was the stocker is new and I am lucky he came to work. I know for a fact when ice cream melts it should never be refrozen due to bacteria building in the ice cream. She never removed the ice cream just said she would talk to the employee. I use Winn Dixie all the time and this is Appalling!

I have been using windixi pharmacy at 11312 Hwy 49 in gulfport ms 39503, for roughly 15 years, in this last year the service has gotten terrible, this last week I was trying to call to see if a medication was ready that my doctor called in, I called 3 days in a row at various times throughout the day and into the evening and no one answered. When I went to the pharmacy to pick it up, it was not ready, keep in mind the doctor called it in 4 days prior to me going to pick it up. They tell me it would not be ready till 3pm, and I would have to come back! I am seriously considering transferring all my and my husband's medication to a different pharmacy as this is a regular occurrence!

I witnessed a horrible interaction between a customer and a employee named Karen C at the sun city center winn dixie location. I was mortified and concerned about the treatment of the customer and cant believe that it wasnt rectified. The customer asked for a manager and they sent in another associate that then spewed disrespectful language to tbe the customer and walked off. This type of behavior by employees is unacceptable and should be addressed. I witnessed misinformation was intentionally being comunicated to the customer and i will be making this aware to other entities.

I am new to the area and visited Winn Dixie located at 1339 Blanding Blvd. in Orange Park, FL, on 1/30/2022. There was one person ahead of me, but the clerk was wrapping up the transaction. The clerk, customer and person helping to bag were engaged in a conversation that was led by the clerk regarding a car accident she'd been in. The clerk even took out her phone to show pictures of the car accident all while I waited. The transaction wrapped and the conversation continued as I patiently waited. The conversation about the accident continued between the clerk and the bagging person while my groceries were being processed. I was not acknowledged or greeted. The clerk handed me the receipt without acknowledging me or saying "Thank you." Albeit the employees are young, perhaps teenagers. Nevertheless, this complaint is hoped to be a training opportunity on being courteous and respectful to the people that make their checks possible.

My name is Jain Jolly. I am a customer at Winn-Dixie 2535 State Rd 60, Valrico, FL, for eight years. Now the service has become very low standard. No one orders the medications once I request refill. No follow up, Staff very rude and says that they don't know when they will get medicines.
Professionally I am a health care provider. I can easily sent my own script to a different pharmacy. But that is not going to solve the problem. I witness many senior citizens are going through the same pain at the pharmacy window during this pandemic.
