I was in an accident in a company vehicle, not my personal vehicle yet the other party fraudulently filed a claim against my personals policy. I have had the extreme unpleasant experience in speaking with a rep name chantel roberts who is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. miss roberts informed me that I would have to deal with her, noone else would be assigned to my case. I highly recommend anyone to steer clear of State Farm. Very unprofessional company.
