Sonic Drive-In service

I was parked directly in front of the door when I noticed the car hop leigh drop something I then saw the manager Alfonso pick it up and put it right back on the tray off the nasty floor the CarHop Leigh then proceeded to come to my car I then politely let her know that I did not want the item that was picked up off the floor she then turned around and call Alfonso's name as if it was only his fault I hope that this is not a store policy to drop things on the floor pick them up and still give them to customers I was very dissatisfied with my service today June 10 2019 at [protected]

Sonic Drive-In cherry limade

I have sat here for an hour and a half waiting after going through the drive thru. I pre ordered my meal ... Haley was the one correspondence in drive thru and in stall. It's like she couldn't or didn't understand and I wouldn't be so angry if I didn't have a 3 yr old waiting on his food. And the place is like a high school hang out. Like I can't get service because I'm not a cute boy. This was my worst visit ever. And I'm going to go on social media and make sure ppl know family's aren't welcome at this Sonic's on moffett rd

Sonic Drive-In horrible customer service

1580 E. Main Street Woodland, CA 95776

Today we drove from out of town to eat here as there is no Sonic in our town. We ordered a number 11 chicken strip meal that comes with tots and onion rings as well as Texas toast. When my order came out it had fries rather than tots. When my husband went in to ask for the item to be corrected, the manager, Tina responded without saying A SINGLE WORD, and instead gave a rude eye roll and proceeded to stick her bare hands in the box of food, snatch the fries out and threw them in the trash. At that point we just asked for a refund. Terrible customer service and sanitation (sticking bare hands in the box, touching the rest of my food)

Sonic Drive-In card machine wasn’t working.

We ordered our 3 drinks during the morning happy hour and we had to wait 15 minutes to reach the drive thru window when there was only 2 cars in front of us to begin with. When we got to the window, the worker took the debit card and 5 minutes later asked if we had cash because the card machine wasn't working. We told her we had two dollars and she said oh. i'll keep trying. After a little while we had to ask for our card back and left without drinks or anything. So 20 minutes to not get our drinks because the card machine was down. I understand things like this happen, but a) it happens too often at this sonic and b) the card machine being down is not our fault c) we waited 20 minutes to get nothing but bad service. Something has got to give.

Sonic Drive-In poor customer service/ missing food

While on my lunch today, I was at your Valdosta, GA store on Bemiss Road. When I was passed my food bag the female employee was on the phone. The doors immediately shut. I didn't see how all of my orders of mozzarella sticks in addition to my quarter pound double cheeseburger all fit in my bag. I immediately pulled over in the parking lot. My cheeseburger was missing. I walked to the door and waited to be helped. A manager cane to the door. I showed her my receipt and told her that my cheeseburger was missing. She apologized and said that she would make it. She asked me where I was parked. I showed her. I wait patiently and she cane to my car with a bag. I thanked her. When I loooked inside the bag, to my surprise was an order of tater tots in a dirty container. I was so disgusted that I didn't even go back to the manager. I would like to be compensated for the money for my cheeseburger in addition to my time/inconvenience.

Sonic Drive-In slow service and quality of product

I initially gave my order for three shakes at 8:13pm. There were four vehicles in front of me. I got to the pick up window at 8:24 pm. The employee read me my order which was incorrect. I received my corrected order with a higher bill total at 8:37pm. Only one of the shakes was satisfactory. Another was not mixed and all of the caramel was at the bottom. And the last one was Oreo with absolutely no chunks in it. It was like Oreo dust. I asked why they were so slow and was told a couple of people had quit and they were understaffed. Probably my biggest complaint is the fact that the person at the window handling dirty cards and money stopped to make shakes. I frequent this particular Sonic an average of two to three times a week. This experience may have me looking for an alternative fast food restaurant.

Sonic Drive-In supersonic burrito

On my way to work I ordered a supersonic burrito from the application. I picked it up from the Daphne, Alabama location. When I got to work, there were no tater tots in the burrito. One of the main reasons I ordered that particular breakfast burrito. The burrito was still edible, just disappointed I did not get what I ordered.

Sonic Drive-In staff member was rude

I went to sonic on babcock in san antonio and I asked a simple question if they still served bannana splits ( sometime there off menu items) and the persons respones was we havent had banana splits in over two year so rudely that I was so upset .. Then proceed with are you ready to order. I responded with ill be taking my business else where. The response was ok nothing else. I understand that it was late but I still expected the same services I would have recieved any other time. I instead went to mcdonalds where I got sundaes that I would have gotten there if the person wasnt so rude. I hope that issue is adress.

Sonic Drive-In customer service is horrible

Got there at 8pm and pressed the button it took several minutes for her to acknowledge me, placed order which was a chocolate banana cashier told me no bananas so then I ordered recees out of those too so had to settle for plain chocolate.Finally got order placed after receiving order waitress was very rude then they kept my change and walked back inside I would appreciate this being addressed thank you

Sonic Drive-In breakfast service

I went to the Sonic In Batesville Mississippi this morning 5/31/19 that opens at 6 AM. I was there at 6:50. I pressed the button to place my order and was told that they didn't serve breakfast until 7 by the employee who seemed to be in a very bad mood. I have been there before and ordered breakfast before 7. I don't understand why you would even be open in the morning if you were not going to sell breakfast. I simply said ok I'll go somewhere else that wants to sell breakfast.

Sonic Drive-In ice

I pulled up at your Camden, TN Sonic not really realizing that it was a couple minutes after 10 pm. I pressed the button and asked for three cups of ice. The girl answered we are closed. I said I am sorry but I really don't need food we had been there a couple hours earlier and eaten. I said all I need is some ice and I will pay you for it. She hesitated and said Mame we are closed! I go to Sonic on the average of at the very least 7 times a week and I know their register was probably already counted but for three cups of ice? Come on now? Three cars left as I did!

I understand this Sonic is under new management. If you can do something as simple as give three cups of ice out and take the money and put it in the register or bag there is something wrong. I have worked at dairy bars like this before and we never turned away a customer, especially one just needing ice.

I went down the road to Wendy's and ask for the same items and they handed them out the window and then mind you they would not let me pay for . I asked them twice to let.me pay them and they said oh no Mame it is free. I thanked them and they said have a wonderful night!

Sonic Drive-In staff member

Placed order at 9:32, at 10:02 I buzzed again asking if by chance they forgot about my order. The person on the intercom was very rude and yelled "we only have on carhop and we're doing what we can ." I then said ok and mentioned we'd been waiting for 30 minutes. No sooner did I have a young man at my window. Our food was cold. I asked the car hop for the persons name on the intercom. He then told me, "I don't know, Why?" Was very sarcastic... I then mentioned I was going to talk to the manager. I have my receipt that states the name of Brandin. The window on the order board also said Brandon is on his way out with your food! I didn't understand how they were so short handed when I saw one girl outside smoking and not very many vehicles there.

Sounds to me like mommy needs to go out with you to make sure you behave yourself. IF the person was smoking outside I am sure she was an adult, not a girl. Why are you calling grown women girls when you are the one acting like a child?

Sonic Drive-In service

I ordered a # 2 burger only and a #3 combo, both sandwhichs were supposed to have two beef patties each. When I got home each one only had one pattie each. I paid $16.40 for this order. I understand it was late and they probley didn't want to cook any more but this is poor service.
And as I circled the store to leave two employee's were stand with the door open and smoking. I was not pleased at all with my order.

Sonic Drive-In the serving sizes and charging a high price for a small amount of food.

This is the second time in a couple of months this has happened. Last time it was a frito pie that had more fritos than chili but neither were appropriate for the cost. Probably a tablespoon of chili. Then today, I order a caramel sundae and added strawberry to it. The ice cream was maybe 4 bites with the toppings. There was so little strawberry added but I got charged extra for it. It was half the size of the cup it was served in and little dots of whipped cream. The only accurate thing was the cherry and it was mashed. I do not get it. I will not go back to Sonic in Winslow, Arizona or anywhere else. My family and I have been big Sonic fans but not anymore. All of us are disgusted.

Sonic Drive-In poor service from manager

On 5/20/2019 I drove to Sonic in white hall Arkansas I attempted to order a king Hawaiian chicken club sandwich and was told they couldn't sell me one because they were out of bacon, so 5/21/2019 I call to ask if they have bacon she tells me yes and takes my order for a grilled chicken king Hawaiian club sandwich, so after I get there to pick it up the manager tells me it only comes in crispy chicken unless it's special ordered was my call in request not a special order, so I tell him to cancel the order and I leave, I get home and call back to the store to ask the managers name he gets on the phone being rude telling me he was trying to explain to me it has to be special request so I tell him this isn't the first time he has been rude, or his store didn't have product to make a sale, it seems like there is always a problem at his store, and I would be calling the corporate office to complain this time, and I end the call, the manager David starts calling my phone back to argue I had to hang up on him three times and he still continued to call to argue his point that he is right I am wrong. This is bad management very unproffessional, another argument I've had with David was when I noticed on half price family nights at this location the price of the sonic cheeseburger combo is higher than usual for example on the menu the combo is six dollars and some change the burger should be half price which should make the combo be cheaper than six something but the receipt shows the combo being 8 dollars and some change taking it down to regular menu price after the 50% off the sonic cheeseburger is applied. Why advertise half off if your going to raise prices before you discount it.

Sonic Drive-In order was incorrect & food quality was poor

I was very dissatisfied with my experience at my local Sonic. When I ordered my food the screen was not working properly. When the employee asked if my order was correct I told her I was not sure because there was nothing showing up on the screen. She said okay and the screen came up for a brief second and then disappeared, not enough time for me to see the whole order. I went ahead and paid thinking that she had done her job. Wrong! When my order arrived it must have been someone else's order because none of the items were right. They came back with what I did order and part of the drinks had flavors added and I didn't ask for any. I believe the person who was taking the order was trying to take two orders at once. After a full 20 minutes waiting for my correct order the food I received was completely cold. What a waste of my money and time. I'm very unhappy with how they did their job and did not receive any apology.

Sonic Drive-In marquee said one thing and didn’t get that price

Marquee said $.50 corn dogs all day 5/2.3. No special day noted. It was raining super hard when ordering and I was getting soak and wet so I pulled around to window. The kid at the window was very dramatic when taking my money. I didn't hear him say how much. You've they charged $.99 each. Mgr said $.50 is on a certain day. She took corn dogs back and gave me the money back. I asked her what day. She said she didn't know. Went around to marquee and there was no day specified. Very upset. Instead of taking no sale and throw away corn dogs she should e just gave them to us for the $.50. Very upset wasted over half an hour there. So now we left there with nothing!

Are you blind. It clearly states that the 50 cent promotion is on MAY 23. When you cannot comprehend simple English do not go around calling grown men kids. Basically you wasted half an hour because you cannot read.

Sonic Drive-In poor service

Unable to locate the client number on the receipt or the number requested on the survey site
Employee responded to the Red Button, asked how she could help me. I told her that I wanted a hamburger - no mayo, no ketchup, no cheese. She asked me to repeat my order, response from me was as aforementioned, she asked me again to repeat my order that she could barely hear me. I repeated my order for the third time. She responded with no mayo, no pickles. I told her that I had not mentioned pickles. Shortly after this she appeared at my car and again asked for my order so I repeated the same order for the fourth time.
She left, apparently returned to the order mike asked if there would be anything else. At this time I told her that I would like an order of cheese tater tots and a chocolate shake, extra thick. After an extended wait, she returned to my car with only the hamburger. I asked her where my order of cheese tater tots and chocolate shake were. She started to leave with my burger and I told her to leave it so I could eat it while it was hot. She then left and returned inside.
It was at this point that I discovered that there was mayo on the burger, which I specifically requested be left off. I pressed the order button, spoke to another young lady and she said she would take care of the situation.
The first girl returned with my complete order, handed me the burger, I asked if she wanted the "mistake" burger back, she said "If you don't mind" and stated that I owed additional money for the tots and shake. I gave her my debit card and she started to leave with the tots and shake. I stopped her and told her, again, that I wanted the rest of my order so I could eat it while it was hot.
All-in-all this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at Sonic. I don't know if the girl I was dealing with was a new hire, or not, but my best guess would be that she is.
Had I been the MOD I would have handled this situation much differently than it was handled. Had it only been the problem of the mayo on the burger I would have done exactly what was done, but as to the rest of the situation (of having to place the rest of the order twice) I would have not charged for the rest of the order or at least comped one of the two items, probably the tots because the shake was already reduced to half price.

Sonic Drive-In poor service and extremely slow service.

My daughter and her friend placed mobile orders at 10:10 am for pickup by 12:30. I arrived at the Sonic at 1500 Austin Ave., Brownwood, TX 76801 by 12:10. I placed an order on the way to the Sonic and my order was brought out very quickly. I had notified the Sonic that I was there to pick up the two mobile orders and was told they would be right out. The friend's order was brought out about 10 minutes later and I waited another 15 minutes for my daughter's order. I finally pressed the button and asked the status of her order. I was told it was on its way. It also came up on the screen that Nikki was on her way with my order. I waited another 10 minutes and finally got out of my vehicle and went to the door to get my order. I have complained to the manager at the store and was told they would give me a free meal. I have coworkers that have also had extremely bad service at this same location. I WILL NOT TRADE WITH THIS SONIC AGAIN WITH THE EXCEPTION OF GETTING MY DAUGHTER'S FREE MEAL!

Sonic Drive-In free rt. 44 receipt promotion

I have visited many Sonic Drive-In stores in Oklahoma and other states and each one has provided me with the free Rt. 44 receipt with my order; if it happens to come up, with the exception of the Pawnee, OK Sonic. This is a small town and any random resident has had a child/close family member work there. Sonic in Pawnee, OK doesn't give the free Rt. 44 receipt to their customers. Employees keep the receipts for themselves. Each Sonic is to meet a minimum daily quota giving customers the coupon receipts. There is a toggle switch to turn the promotion off/on, to which the manager controls. One must complete a customer satisfaction survey pertaining to the particular store that was visited when the receipt was received. Perhaps, the manager doesn't want the bad reviews that is most likely to be told.
