The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

The manger had shoulder length hair with no hat on his head. He scratched his head, flipped his hair and ate the tater tot as he but them in the sack. We were at this store on 6/15/2011, 9:46p.m.

Jim52, you're jumping to conclusions. Nowhere did the OP say which "sack" the manager was trying to stuff the tater tot into, or which hair he flipped while he did so.
