Sonic Drive-In review: Rudest manager I have ever come across

After waiting an extended amount of time in the drive-thru, we were informed by the manager that our gift cards could not be accepted. The manager's abrupt and dismissive tone during this interaction was unprofessional and made communication impossible. The food itself was mediocre, greasy, and not up to standard. The experience was negatively impacted by the manager's lack of professionalism, which calls his suitability for a customer-facing role into question.
