I took pictures of the three burgers we ordered and submitted them via email to sonic customer service. I tried calling twice and texting the help number where I got no response. Two weeks after I sent the email through their portal with the pictures attached along with all of the receipt information, I received an email back asking for proof of receipt. As if the order number and time and a photo wasn’t enough proof. Then a week later, I got an email back thanking me and letting me know they would forward my comments to the store. That was 9 days ago. I asked if anything else was going to be done and said it was taking a long time to respond, especially considering I couldn’t get help via phone or text but I have received no reply.
