Sonic Drive-In review: Forgotten order

Had to wait 30 minutes for just a milkshake. After being patient and waiting all that time (and no it was not a busy time) we pressed the call button just to be told the lane was now closed and to go to the drive thru, I reminded the lady we had ordered 30 minutes ago paid and was told it would be right out.. Silence.. Of course no apology no reason offered for why we had been sitting there all that time, so i'm guessing they simply had forgotten we had ordered (with a person btw) and paid. I'm not sure how this location is still even open the service times suck always but this by far was the worse visit.
