Sonic Drive-In classic chicken sandwich

The buns on the sandwiches were burned. When brought to their attention they replied that is the way our toaster works.
Well, get a new toaster. This is not the first time we have had problems with this Sonic. Orders are not correct and the employees have a so what attitude. We will not return and discourage others from going there. We love Sonic drive ins and it is a shame that this one is giving Sonic a bad teputation

Sonic Drive-In food quality and price

I went to Sonic drive through around 11:20 the parkinglot was deserted it just opened in our area so i asked an employee if they where open because it was empty. I recieved my food drove less than 5 mins to my house and i ordered a number 2 meal and a sonic burger it came out to 16.91 waa alot but willing to pay thinking the food qas well wirth it i took one bite and wrapped it back up my husband asked how i thought it was and i told him it was garbage he agreed it was so bad i didnt even eat the rest i am so disapointed the price was ridiculously over priced i will never go back i should have just fluched my money down the toilet. Disappointed

Sonic Drive-In service

I went to the one in Biloxi that is a sit down restaurant. Went thru drive thru, could barely hear the guy on the intercom. When I got to window, he was very quite. I paid with a card. He gave card back with no receipt. He handed me food with no thank you or anything. Doubt I'll go back. He could of at least said thank you. I had to ask for salsa for my burrito.

I went to sonic drive thru in mcalester ok. Drive thru usually fast and friendly service. Today I waited 11 minutes for a bacon breakfast toaster that normally takes 3 maybe 4 minutes. I'm the only customer. I'm on my to work and was almost late due to this. Twice I asked about my order was told it was coming off at that moment. Both times were a lie. Had I not already paid, I would have drove away. I won't go back.

I think we should just stick with Chic-fil-a. They are best in all categories, especially customer service, accuracy, and speed.

Sonic Drive-In drive thru

I have been trying to reach someone from your restaurant to help me with my issue that i have with the location in indio ca off jefferson and indio blvd. I went there 1 1/2 months ago and havnt heard anything about my issue i was on my lunch break from my job ordered food in the parking area there were 2 other cars tgat were parked and already eating my friend and i ordered food for us and our coworkers it came to $30 when i paid with my 50 i only received 2 $5 so i was short $10. On top of that i was missing half my order and i was late back to work because your staff said they were training someone i spent 1 hour there my lunch was only 30 minutes. I want my issue resolved i want my correct change and correct food order please reply back to me at [protected]@aol.com

Sonic Drive-In customer service

My husband and i went to the sonic (located on 9703 TX-422 Spur, San Antonio, TX 78211) to order a large M&M blast, a medium Butterfinger blast, and medium cheddar peppers. First thing that we didnt like was that both of our blast was poorly done with no whipped cream and our lids and cup messy and sticky. Second, was that instead of our cheddar peppers we got mozzarella sticks, and finally my husband's blast was with Reese's instead of Butterfinger. Now ive been coming to this Sonic my whole life hoping that their bad reputation would change but today was the last straw. Ive gone to the managers and nothing has changed. People still wait 20 minutes for a slush, sticky food, missing/wrong order, and worst of all employees running around and playing instead of working. I would not be exaggerated when i say this is the worse sonic in San Antonio.

Sonic Drive-In diet green tea with diet cherry

On 08-13-2018 at Haughton, Louisiana 71037, between 12:20-1:00p.m. I arrived with my husband to order a couple of drinks. I ordered a Diet green tea with diet cherry because I cannot have much sugar with the medication i am taking. Unfortunately The drink turned out to be The complete opposite (not diet) and I had to find out the hard way by being doubled over in pain and unable to take care of my remaining errands or even eat because of the sickness i had to undergo. I'm not to sure what I need to provide picture wise but I hope I was able to provide enough to resolve this issue. I'm currently 7 months pregnant and having my muscles contract will cause contractions, which were only Braxton Hicks, Thank goodness. Please have this situation resolved with the workers and go over the possible reasons of why people order diet. It can become a very serious matter

Sonic Drive-In ordering

We to Sonic, Lake City Florida to approximately 2:30 PM to treat my grandchildren to slush (happy hour and cheese sticks). Waited at the drive thru for 10 min, line did not move. Went to the hop menu kiosk, still no answer. Then I went to the kiosk in front of store still no answer. I was not the only one. Waited to answer food at least 25 minutes. Seen at least 5 customers leave. While at the front kiosk, the cook came out and he said the manager was busy and couldn't come out. He said that the crew was short, have patience. Finally I got a chance to make a kiosk order and ordered four green apple slushes and four orders of cheese sticks, plus. I was told the slush machine was broken. After more than 30 minutes waiting to make an order, the slush machine was broken. Disappointed in my favorite fast food restaurant. Service was less than poor. We were told by the cook that if we wanted something from Sonic we should go to Gainesville about 45 minutes away. I hope this type of service can be turned around because I hate McDonald.

Sonic Drive-In food was not correct

Went to sonic, after pushing the bottom it took forever before finally answered. And I had two separate orders and it took them 30 minutes to bring me out one order with a bad attitude and I had to Wait on another server to bring me out my second order and wait until I finally get home they gave me the wrong order, cold hamburger on burned soggy Texas toast. I called the store only to get no answer.

Sonic Drive-In sonic app purchase

On Wednesday, August 8, 2018, I order a slush on the sonic app. I arrived at Sonic and I checked in. The board stated the carhop would be out with my order. I stood outside, looking at my slush for 10 minutes. I pushed the button again and the guy asked did I check in, i stated yes. He said um, I said the board said she would be right out with my order. He said oh we can make you another one and upsize it to a large for free. Then all the workers peep outside to look at me. I stated no, I only wanted a refund seeing as though, it's the principle. They can't say they didn't know it was prepared because if I saw the slush sitting there, they saw the slush sitting there.

Sonic Drive-In malt

After decades of being the place to get malts, some [censored] in corporate decided to discontinue them. Without the malt option, I see nothing to inspire me to get my fast food from you when other, more intelligent options continue to provide the traditional American malt with their food choices. Boo, hiss and is the [censored] that made this decision earning that 420% more pay than the folks who actually prepare the food that makes you profitable? Based on the malt decision I encountered today, maybe that person should be barely surviving on slave wages.

Sonic Drive-In service/food

Whoever took my order was EXTREMELY rude and apparently wasn't listening because I had to repeat myself numerous times! Then when I finally got my food, my fries were old and extremely salty! My ticket said Tatianna but the girl who brought me my food was SUPER sweet. But whoever took my order I can't say the same thing! If I had more time on my lunch break I probably would have just left.

Sonic Drive-In capitol heights, md restaurant

My husband and I went to the Capitol Heights, MD restaurant around 10 pm on Aug 4, 2018. We went through the drive - in and asked the employee if they have the $2.99 All American Classic hot dog special. She said no, so we ordered 2 hot dog meal with 2 slushes. We had to pay extra for the slushes. While waiting we went online and down loaded the Sonic App and after it down loaded the All American Classic popped on the screen for $2.99. After waiting 30 minutes for our meal an employee came to the car and say the the slushie machine was not working and we can order another drink. we order 2 sodas. Then we had to wait another 10 minutes for the meal. We sat in the drive-in and ate our meal. Before we left we placed another order for a bacon cheeseburger and a shake. We waited another 25 minutes. We finally had to push the red button and ask about our order. The employee said "I'm sorry, I will make your shake now". We did get our order but it took over an hour to get 2 orders and pay extra for something we did not get. That is unacceptable and unlike any other Sonic I have been to. I would like a full refund for both orders or coupons for some free meals.

The first order total: $12.27
The second was $10.00

Sonic Drive-In everything!

I'm in Alexandria, la on Jackson st. The slush machine has been "broken" for over a week. I ordered jumbo chicken and fries and a pretzel... all of which were BURNED. Not to mention I waited 20 minutes for my burned food from a carhop with a nasty attitude and then who asked me if I needed change on my 20$ bill. Are you kidding me? I will never go back.

Sonic Drive-In service at location

I came in at approximately 9 p.m. to order ice cream I set at the stall for over 10 minutes with no reply from any employee. After waiting about 15 minutes I decided to go knock on the window and asked if I could just make my order at the door. The employee proceeded to tell me that the system was down due to a storm and they cannot take any orders at that time. I have worked at Sonic for 10 years at different locations and I know from experience that when this situation occurs the employees are supposed to hand write the orders and still serve the customers. The employee rudely slammed the door in my face and walked away. Then the manager saying her name was Fantasia came to the door and told me that she could not take my order and was on the phone with the program system. The way she spoke to me was very unprofessional and inconsiderate she told me to f*** off and called me a b**** several times. This is not how our customers should be treated coming to your establishment I will be following up with this complaint.

Sonic Drive-In employee

I was driving by sonic on north broadway in knoxville tn and traffic was at a halt right by the drive in. I look and see an employee at a customers car and noticed they were wearing leggings. Leggings at work! Leggings! Employees are allowed to wearing leggings to work?! To me that is like wearing underwear in public. That is very inappropriate and unprofessional in the work place. If this is allowed then that's a serious problem. I could see everything on this girl, it was almost see through. I think your managers and employees need to be educated on appropriate attire to wear to work. It doesn't matter if it's fast food or not. You still have to be professional regardless of what job you have.

Sonic Drive-In service service service service

Our party of 4 adults decided to go to the Uniontown, Pa Sonic tonight. What a disgrace how you business is being run. One of your workers working there was in there eating the other girl was walking around swinging a towel. 2 of the people in our group order was taken. We heard the girl come on the speaker and said we will be with you shortly, well that never happened. We just sat down and watched the other people eat. We have been there before and the service was no better. There needs to be some kind of supervision there, it is just a goof off place for the workers. Very very sad situation there.

Sonic Drive-In food quality

Until today my wife and I were freqent customers of the Sonic in Aberdeen, NC. I always order a Super Sonic Breakfast burritto and for the last few months, depending on who prepares it, it can resemble a burritto, a crumpled up piece of paper or anything in between. The one I got Monday, July 30th consisted of a cold, wrinkled
tortilla shell, melted cheese, a slice of tomatoe, diced oninos and three tater tots.
This mornings cosisted of a shell, cheese, two strips of bacon and three tater tots.

My wife stops by Sonic on her way to work and then drops my order off at my job, therefore until this morning, we have been unable to return the sub-standard food we have received on what has become a regular basis.
Also, one of the servers that regularly works the morning shift has had an extremely "Bad" attitude when dealing with my wife.

Fortunately, she will no longer have to worry about getting attitude and I won't have to eat crappy cold burrittoes (at least from Sonic) as today was our last visit to the Aberdeen Sonic

Sonic Drive-In cleanliness

The inside of that place is so disgusting nobody should be eating that food! Seen it today with my own eyes while in a rush to get drink before work. Asked the workers they say its always that way and they wouldn't eat the food or even drink a drink they just work there. I think something needs to be done seems to be extremely unhealthy will never go back. Wanted to throw up seeing that knowing how much I ate there please do something!

Sonic Drive-In burger and service

I went Yo sonic today had had a horrible experience. First off the drive thru person was standing out next menu board to take me order she took my order on her cell phone. I ordered two drinks and a burger they gave me the wrong drink and wrong burger and when I'm almost done eating it because I'm starving there's a long [censored] piece off hair in it unacceptable nasty restaurant.

Sonic Drive-In treatment of employees

I was terminated from the Sonic Drive In #3328, located in Moss Bluff, LA. The supervisor, Jason Powell, and I got into an argument because I wouldn't give him the money directly for messed up orders, when he is known for stealing. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to ‘ get my [censored]ing [censored] over here, give him the damn money & get the [censored] out of his store because I was fired. ‘ I told him I wasn't doing anything because I don't know who he thinks he is talking to me like that. He then stated that he ‘was somebody who could get my [censored]ing [censored] out of there'. When the owner, Mike Powell, was contacted about the situation, he went to the location & asked employees who had works when the incident occurred what happened. He then stated that since I had cursed Jason out that I was terminated & wouldn't be allowed to come back because me disrespecting a manger wouldn't be tolerated. Jason, however, still has his job because that is his son. He did not get reprimanded for stealing thousands of dollars months prior or for cursing an employee out multiple times in front of the whole store.
