I am not a person who normally complains and probley would not be complaining had I not gone for a hair cut and style showed the lady that did my hair what I wanted and then she cut it so short I can not do anything with it I remember her name only because I was so mad that I took notice I have never had hair this short even as a child well for starters I ended up sitting there for over a hr waiting to be seen then when I got seen she did not cut my hair like I wanted it to be cut I work with the public as a cashier for a retail store I am use to the fact that sometimes things go wrong however this lady was rude she acted as if she was mad about doing my hair then she did not listen to what I wanted it I mean it was so bad and to top things off she was more interested in talking to some friends of her rather than doing my hair several weeks ago she did this to my mother we thought because My mom always wears her hair short that was the issue, that time but now I have decided that the only issue is that she love to use a straight razor and cut hair her name is rosemary and I have swore to myself I will never go to smart styles again and that I will spend more if that is what it takes to get my hairs like I like it I do not mind paying good money for good service I do however think I should not of had to pay I did I am sorry but that is how I feel.

Went in for a root touch up . I have brown hair. The girl mixed up color and my hair is now reddish brown it’s horrible. I complained and they gave me a discount but didn’t offer to fix it. The toner they tried to put on set my scalp on fire twice! The only thing they could say was come back in 2-3 days and try the toner again!

I was charged almost $34.00 for a plain haircut. I have short hair and I have never been charged this much before in your store. Why? I didn't get a shampoo or any other conditioners or a blow dry. There was nothing done but a simple haircut. This haircut took place at 9:00 a.m. on July 26, 2023. The haircut took less than 15 minutes to do.

I have experienced on a few occasions this employee Mr. Malacusky smelling of Marijuana. He comes back in to work that way. Does Smart Styles not drug test their employees?

Walmart 5090. Salon empty. Closed completely. Did not notify customers or employees. Bad business. Have been going there for 2 years. Every week.

My 10 year old received a haircut and wash we paid 50$ for this the stylist said you want to blow dry so I said yes and well she then started to curl my daughter hair never telling us it will be extra 50$ for a 10 year old to get bangs and trim is ridiculous a haircut with was is 20$ so why didn’t she tell us the extra prices

A employee in the Dyersburg TN. Hair solan located in Walmart has a video recording of her doing sexual activities in the salons bathroom and it's been sent around fb to a large group of ppl.eemploee last name is Cunningham the date this happened on was 8/20/2022 after the salon was closed time was 745 pm

The lady working there was extremely rude and told me my daughter was not 9 years old And that was extremely ridiculous. She even told me to be shut up and that was very rude of her.

I went in tongetna cut and color. Stylist said they could do it no problem. After about 4 hours, I see what was done and it was the complete opposite of what I requested. Went in again to have it corrected, and again after another 4 hours still left unsatisfied. What a waste of $205.00 will never go back again. Still rather upset and disapointed

On June 4th at 12:30 pm I got my eyebrows waxed. The next day I noticed my skin on my eyelids was ripped of. I had scabs and now scaring. I haven't been able to get a hold of a single person. And the only thing they did was pay me back my 12$. I am seeking legal actions since nobody seems to want to resolve this any other way

I went to the salon inside Wal-Mart to get a hair cut I showed the lady a hair style I asked her could she do it like the picture I grave her but she didn't do what I have asked her and I want a refund I should have gotten an

The Ladies At Latham Smart style are AWESOME... They are very professional and do exactly what I want... I will NOT go anywhere else... Brittney and Challana and Meghan are AWESOME...

My 86 yr old Mother had a Perm. When I got back I knew immediately it was trouble. As a Salon manager in SLC I could tell burned. Got home & she said her neck hurt some one cut her. I knew it burn from improper prep..no Vaseline ar hairline to protect skin & cotton not changed . I knew the solution not rinsed properly could feel & smell on hair.

I am planning on filing a small claims suit for this. They were rude when I asked for a refund and refuse to work with me after getting this HORRIBLE hair cut. I will NEVER go to this salon again.
