It was easy to order but be aware the dress I bought was listed at $44.00 but when it came to pay it was $77.00. It's listed in American amount then changed over to Canadian. The $77.00 was a bit much but because I promised it to my granddaughter I went through with the purchase. But told her to be aware that the price is different for Canada.

I like the items, but half my order is way too small! An XL dress that I thought would be big on me will have to substitute for the M I bought for a gift.
Glad that I still have a gift, but now I have all these things to return. The M I ordered is sized like an XS, and I know sizes because I've been a custom dressmaker for 25 years.

I ordered 3 dresses the first time. One for correctly so I emailed about sending two back for a refund. They asked if I would take half the cash amount and keep the clothes that didn't fit. I declined so they offered a full credit and keep the clothes. I gave the two dresses to my friend and chose three different items. I love the new items. Ultimately, I'm happy!

Shopping was easy and I got the clothes in record time. Typically I am a 4/6 and a S/M, I ordered a size large denim skirt (bc i didn't want it to be too short) and I can't even get it on. I also ordered loose and flowy pants, and they are disgustingly tight, lol. Not keeping anything and unfortunately probably won't come back because 100% of the items I tried didn't work, especially when I sized up.

I've ordered a few dresses and a sweater from Petallush this year and I love them all! They're so comfortable and beautiful, and a lot of the dresses have pockets! The sizing charts are very useful in finding the right size and have never led me astray. My Black Friday order had a much longer delivery time than usual but it was likely just because of so many packages being shipped around Christmastime.

This experience would have been just fine, only the dress did not fit. I used the charts provided and ordered accordingly ? but it does not fit all, except for the sleeves. I was so sure that it would fit, that I did not request a return policy form and now I need one. If it is possible to receive that form, so I can return the dress, I would appreciate it. Also, the color of the dress was much darker when it arrived than it looked in the advertisement.

These clothes and the company are totally amazing! I can't believe I never knew about them before, I already received the first two dresses and just ordered a white cotton button down shirt which I look forward to receiving. Dress was supposed to fit a size M 8/10 and I am only a B cup, size 7 and it was so tight in the chest and back I couldn’t move my arms or get it on or off easily. When it was supposed to be a little big. Dress was translucent as well and when I contacted them to return it the girl who answers named Rachel tells you you can’t have a full refund and they do not want the dress back. Only offered $22 about half of what I paid and these dresses aren’t cheap they’re almost $50 a piece, definitely not worth the money. Paid $12 for the dress to be mailed back anyway since I can’t wear it.

The company is a joke! I amd OUTRAGED at this point! The worst customer service. As a consumer it is our right to be able to purchase and return items if unsatisfied. I ordered multiple pieces that did not fit my body shape. The policy is to contact customer service for a return, which I did. Now after 4 emails back and forth - I have been offered to keep everything at 1/3 cost, then at 1/2 cost, offered a "discount" gift card of $173 to keep everything and order more. I want my REFUND! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! The clothes do not fit! It seems like their ploy is to keep stringing you along until you are past the 30-day mark to get anything at all! I would very much push for a lawsuit (like someone else that posted). DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have tried over and over and now my 30 days is up. I have tried to contact Petallush a total of fifteen times and have proof, having taken a picture of my correspondence.
