This was a dream to lay on in the store. Got it delivered and first night miserable. Kept rolling to the center (they apparently have a fix for this) and was too hot (they don't have a fix for this) and we feel every movement like a waterbed (they don't have a fix for this) and my wife does not like the lift for the head. Unhappy wife = unhappy life.

Called and complained the next morning. The base is non-refundable despite all their "120 day free refund exchange" language. The base is $2700. It is useless without the bed.

This is predatory sales where you expect a product to be like the store and find out it isn't and find out the refund policy is only for half. That's like taking back half a car when you find it is a lemon.

Desired outcome: Full refund.
