Hi HR Team,
I'm writing to bring to your attention that I've been working for 2 years without taking any leave. As per company policy and Labour Law, I'm entitled to annual leave. I was willing to request a meeting to discuss my leave entitlement and schedule some time off as soon as possible due to my health problem but can't be doing it anymore I decided to resign with the company .
Me and the mebagers Couldn't see things eye to eye because we could have gone over my leave balance and explore options for taking a break? I've been diligently working without a break and believe I could benefit from some time off to recharge...instead the managers insisted that I should come to work even though I am not productive for work coz I've been absent for two weeks attending doctors .
