Good day,
I hereby wish to complain about an employee working for U' Save in Delareyville, North West Province by the name of Bongani Dlamini.
His behaviour was inappropriate and rude, I found a long queue at the store and there was only 1 cashier at the time then after some time he came to open a till of which I then left the long queue to open a new line. As I went to his till point he then said he will take people from the queue of which I explained to him that I was following the line of which I was but his attitude now continued he sold to the internal staff but took time to assist the customers claiming he is still cleaning his work area of which I don't see a problem in but it seem like he was just pushing time to assist us and still has the nerve to tell me to go buy at another shop. I believe that I chose Shoprite for a reason and shouldn't be told to go elsewhere rather than being served.
