Everything Bagel was hard like a rock around the edges

Ordered an Italian Sandwich on sour dough bread with lettuce, onion. tomato. and extra Italian dressing. Received an Italian on sour dough with pepper rings. Italian dressing and mustard. No lettuce. No onion No tomato. To top if off there was a hair on the cheese. So. I had to drive the whole way back to Sheetz to get a refund. I asked for a manager which informed me she started the sandwich and does not know what happened. She refunded my money. Worst sheetz I have ever been to.

I go in to pick up my mobile order, the lady at the counter was not pleasant. She was very short with me and just came off rude. I then get my salad and it is the most disappointing salad I've ever had at Sheetz. Hardly a "salad" with the amount of lettuce. The chicken was burnt. Between the lady at the counter and my "salad" being a quarter of the size, this is the most disappointing sheetz encounter I've ever had

Around 9:40am Monday Morning I came into Sheetz and purchased a sub. One half of the sub had some kind of hard plastic in which I bit into and it actually made my lip bleed. So I took the sandwich back to the store to show the manager what was inside my sub sandwich. I believe I swallowed a piece of plastic because I actually started choking off of something while I was eating the sandwich but I thought it was a banana pepper because all I saw was something yellow but come to find out it was pieces of plastic that I was biting into.

On August 13th at 1:50 am at the Meyersdale, PA Sheetz, I ordered a quesoritto that did not contain all of the condiments. There wasn’t any rice or beans in the burrito at all. Only Steak, cheese and lettuce. I was very disappointed when I approved home to eat and found out that my order wasn’t completed successfully. There were also no other people on the store for the mess up to occur.

MyKaylah O’Conner is doing drugs while working at a local sheetz in North Carolina. She admitted that she used a cleanse on her first one to pass so she needs to be tested and on short notice with supervision. She’s a terrible employee and I’m ashamed to have worked with her while she was a supervisor in waynesboro va. She was lazy and sat in the back of the office.

I ordered a large drink and two hotdogs, hotdogs were good, but every drink was carbonation only and even the slushy machines were empty, I had to grab a small cup even though I ordered a large because there were none, and there was so much clutter and mess... another customer said yea the drinks are always like this and one time they had the drinks filled, but you could press sobe and get pepsi instead. I'm upset because I'm pregnant, hungry and hot...I was really looking forward to a fountain drink before heading back to work which was rushed as I only get 30 minutes, I didn't have any more money to get a bottle drink or else I would of because this is disgusting, taste like pills when they get stuck in your throat ugh.

United States Sheetz I ordered food on the Sheetz app and went to pick up in the drive thru. I waited a good 20 minutes in line after I ordered online 15 minutes before I got to Sheetz. I finally get to the window and get my food. I open the bag when I got home and they did not put my hotdogs in that I ordered. Not sure how to get a refund but this was not okay especially because I waited so long as well as my food was cold that I did actually get.

I placed an order for the Sheetz appetizer and it was completely wrong, the food was old and stale and I didn’t have the mozz sticks that I ordered. My drink was a banana pina colada and I could literally taste the lemonade with banana And it made me physically vomit. For all the money I spent I’m highly disappointed in this Sheetz in Shavertown PA. I feel like I wasted almost $30 on garbage food.

I ordered a meatball sub like 3 days ago and then tonight from the Sheetz on Scalp Ave in Johnstown Pa and, first off it was cold, second the shell was so hard that as soon as I tried to eat it it broke into pieces and I had sauce all over me and the one I got tonight the meatballs were literally still cold on the inside, Also I placed the orders on the app so I don't have a receipt number or anything.

At about 10:15 on 8/8/2022 I placed a order order #012 at this location. 658 E Main St, Hummelstown, PA 17036. It was two full turkey subs and two orders of Mac and cheese bites those were fine. But the rolls for the turkey subs were very hard to hard to eat and they weren’t baked. I am to far to drive back so I would like a refund or coupons for new subs or something like that thank you.

Last week I ordered a 3 pack of burger sliders at the Sheetz in Wytheville, VA. Ordered them with cheese, ketchup, lettuce and diced onions. I got lettuce and diced tomatoes, not onions. Ok, honest mistake, I’ll let it slide. Today, same order placed, burger slider 3 pack, cheese, ketchup lettuce, and diced onion. Today, no lettuce or diced onion at all! It is on the order sheet when they make them! I work in Wytheville everyday, I eat at this Sheetz at least twice a week. Never had these problems before.

I arrived at your Phillipsburg location and found garbage overflowing all over the parking lot from the gas tank garbage cans. I notified staff of the fact that they were overflowing and trash was blowing all over the place. A staff member did come out removed two or three bags of garbage from the top of one can and then went back inside and there is still trash all over. The gas pump area on the ground cans are full. It's a complete mess.

On Aug 8 2022 I stopped into the Sheetz in Linden PA. I ordered two hotdogs from the menu. The hotdogs were burnt and really had no chili sauce. I have been going to Sheetz for a long time and the service in my experience has been going down hill. When I worked as a police officer Sheetz was my go to place for food because it was quick. But as of now the servy as been nothing horrible. I don't think Employees care about what they are doing. This was my last time at Sheetz for anything

Today 08/05/2022 I placed an order for pick up at the frederick sheetz on Rosemont Ave. I ordered 4 hotdogs with ketchup and pickles no pickles or ketchup were on the hot dogs I ordered 2 toasted sandwiches the croissants were burnt and hard. I also ordered an appetizers platter my mozzarella sticks were over cooked my jalapeño poppers were under cooked. I go to this particular sheetz and have never had an issue but tonight my family was very unsatisfied.
