I went in to store #488 in Greenville NC Saturday night. The supervisor Neil Braxton was so rude to me. He threw the pen down at me when I asked for a pen to write on my efs check. He talked about me to other employees. When I was talking to another manager, he kept calling him and disrupting me while I speak. He was rolling his eyes at me and tried to shame me in front of other customers. Talked to me like I was stupid. I will never go to this store again.

The last 3 nights i've ordered food threw the sheetz app. And everything I order has additions (fries, onions lettuce, eggs ect mercer pa never adds any of it. They give me what I ordered just not with what I paid extra for. Do not go threw mercer pa sheetz

On September 3, 2022 as I was watching television, the commercial where a man in a recliner is second guessing his recent decision to have a vasectomy to the burger he created. While watching, I began to think how ridiculous it was and how in no way it marketed the creativity opportunities available to Sheetz's customers.

To put it bluntly, 'it is stupid."

Sheetz is my after work stop I literally go there every day to the same location the kitchen workers have my food order memorized and know it's me when they see my order come on the screen I still always make sure to verify with whoever is working the kitchen that they realize that that is my order due to the fact that I would like my chili on the side. All of the employees at this location are usually polite except for a young girl named Anna. She has dark hair works the morning shift and has a terrible personality. I understand everyone has a bad day but on multiple occasions she has been rude ignored me when speaking to her and literally rolled her eyes when I requested something. I will not order food if I see her working. I have already brought this issue to the attention of the store manager but yet again today she was rude to me when I was only trying to verify she heard me say that that was my order she shook her head and rolled her eyes she would not respond to me verbally. I fully understand how difficult customer service can be but the continuing negativity that prevents me from stopping by after work has become a big enough issue for me to feel like it is a valid report.

I stopped at the Sheetz store in South Greensburg, PA, this morning. I (the only car in the drive through) sat waiting for 13 minutes before anyone waited on me. When the female clerk finally did come to wait on me, she complained how short staffed they were; she was very rude and provided Inexcusably poor customer service. Order #123; no receipt was offered to me

I ordered sandwiches for my wife and me on Sunday, 8/28/2022 at 5:45 PM from the Sheetz in Ligonier PA. When I got home my wife's Italian sub was fine, but my steak sub was horrible. The bread was hard on the outside and there was only a small amount of meat on it, not enough to even cover the bread. Since I was already home, I didn't take it back.

This will be about 2 months of the store and Graham North Carolina that has not had headsets because they quote unquote do not work but no one has called to get replacement headsets. And also a month of me seeing all three managers working on food orders while having 9 or 10 customers in line waiting to be taken care of on the inside. Yes I have been making a request to this store to sell Orange Julius Beverages at their locations and no one is listening. Dairy Queen discontinued Orange Julius beverages in there Grill and Chill locations and there is no Orange Julius in my area. SHeetz was suppost to start selling Orange Julius but never gotten them in.. Sheetz management should start answering and listening to customers and not pay their workers lip service!

I just got out of the hospital around 8pm just looking to get something to eat so I didn’t have to cook. I really like the curly fries which is always a good choice and fills me up. What I saw In The picture was not at all what I got and not usually what The outcome is but I don’t usually go to this sheetz. I got a barely half filled container of fries. Very disappointed I had to pay almost $7 for this when I could’ve payed $5 for a bucket and gotten more

I placed a mobile order today (8/25/22) to pick up at store #491 location but unfortunately I placed it for the wrong store. I’m almost 45 minutes away so I figured I’ll just cancel and order where I’m at. Nope! I called the Zions Crossroads store and overheard the manger tell the lady on the phone that once I pay for my order I cannot have it refunded. Simple as that. It was an accident guys! Geez. Not cool! Like it may only be a few bucks to you. But I work hard for my money to just lose it because of your policy. Our money should be protected! Not taken.

She works at same store.. She asked him to make sure things he needed to do where done before he left...

Amd jump down her throat.. Because she asked him to do his job instead of just standinf around..

08/25/22 around 12:45 am as well as 7/26/22 around 2:30 am. I went to the Sheetz on 5323 Ramsey street Fayetteville Nc 28311. Teneisha was working the window and was rude to me on both occasions for no reason. I was greeted with a bad attitude both times and it’s completely uncalled for. The first time she wasn’t at the window and I had to wait about 5 mins until she felt like coming to the window. As soon as she came to the window she barked at me like I was bothering her on both occasions as to ask me what I wanted. I will not be going to this Sheetz again as long as she is working there. I’m a regular customer. I go to Sheetz to get food not an attitude. I don’t want someone like that handling my food because I don’t know what she is capable of doing to it.

I bought a roll of apple rogue 6mg nicotine pouches. Specifically becaus3 they had a sign behind counter on the Wappingers saying $2.50 off per can.

Long story short I was charged full price, spending about $15 more dollars than expected... so blown I gotta quit these things.

I should have said something but I'm antisocial and there was a long line. I hate holding up people for there mistake. Also was not given a receipt.

After purchasing food during the hours between 3am I was sitting in the dining section at Sheetz on liberty st in Franklin,PA eating my food,there were 3 others as well seperately sitting already when the employees turned this speaker announcement on threatening anyone sitting and eating in dining room must vacate or get cops called on you! That so ignorantly rude.perhaps putting a closed sign up would be more appropriate instead of being ignorant.
