Sheetz review: Customer service Easton PA

Location is Sheetz #522 3501 Nazareth Rd, Easton PA
Yesterday we visited this location. I have never had a problem in the past with the gas stations etc as they are always very clean and had only gotten gas. Well yesterday was a different story as for the first time I ordered food. I had order number 725, 689, 723, 743 and 741. Well most of the orders were ready within 5 miutes or so, the culprit was 725 which included curly fries and a sub wrap. After 15 minutes of waiting I did ask an employee at the desk who had just handed me order an order where 725 was? She did inform me that she had no idea as she just hands them out. Well I did turn around and state to the driver of our car that how surprised I was that the food portion is not efficiently run. At this time the employee (who had blue hair) announced that she wasnt going to work that part of the counter as the lady was going to have a heart attack (meaning me). When the kitchen leader took over (I think thats what her name tag said) I informed her that I was not nasty and wasn ot having a heart attack. Eventually my order 725 was ready at which time I did thank her and informed her "bluey" needed a break. She did inform me that we all did... at which time I totally agreed with her. When I went to leave she said to me very sarcastically..."have a sheetzy day" trying to make it sound like "have a [censored]ty day" thats why I got upset. while the employee was curt with me, she probably could be having a bad day, but theres no way the team leader should be but perhaps thats where the employee learned it from. this was such a bad experience that I was surprised that a team leader would respond in such an inappropriate way... her name maybe was kathleen? im really not sure... totally unexpected
