I use to work at sheetz (3years) so I know how things are to be done. I stopped at store #27 in Windber. I ordered 2 orders of the Cinnabon pie bites and added an extra cream cheese icing. I know from working there that it should be 1 per order but if extra is ordered then it's 2 per order. I received only 2 cream icings in total. I paid for something yet again and didn't receive it. I would like a refund for my order. You as a company need to explain that to EVERY worker. My order was 177 on 8/13/22 @ 10:11 pm. Please get in contact with me. Thanks.

I use to work at sheetz (3years) so I know how things are to be done. I stoped at store #496 in Johnstown to get drinks and smokes and while standing in line on 8/13/22 @ 11:04am, I watched the supervisor on duty help in the kitchen. Yes it was busy but there are things you don't touch while making food. I watched her touch her hat and also run to the cooler to get more salads. To which she didn't change her gloves where Ive been told by QA while working there that gloves need changed after returning from the cooler. She needs refreshed on when to change gloves.
Sheetz - Way I was treated
4-19-22 at 8:10 am. I was playing lottery machine. I put 20 dollars in and was picking tickets... The machine shut off in mid-play. Still had money on it... I got an employee to help me. She went to machine and said it will reboot and my money will still be there. I waited, not sure how long, went over to a different employee at register and said it didn't come back up yet. She told the first lady that rebooted it. And that lady snapped at the one at register. I know lottery is a pain. And it is not the store's fault that it went down but I was mad how the one lady handled me asking. Being snappy like she was. Very rude to her co worker and me. I had no clue it took 15 minutes to reboot... Normally the Windber PA Sheetz is excellent, but this morning I was very unpleased
Desired outcome: I went back to machine it came back up minutes later i played the rest of the money. And i left
Sheetz - customer and employee safety and health
Windber store has been under a remodel for weeks. Every time I walk in store it is very dusty and cold due to the front wall missing and plastic seal not held in place. I complained to managers many times only to be told nothing could be done. Today when I noon walked in I was greeted by construction workers using waffer wheel cutting saw with sparks and plaster dust flying uncontrolled. The dust and smell of burning wood and steel was very thick in the air. Hard to breath and eyes watering badly. Your food prep station and deep fryers are not covered letting dust coat every food surface including coffee soda machines and all cup we use daily. I feel dept of health needs to be notified of the health risks. Your contractor should be using air hepa filtration system to protect inside of store and seal off work spaces to protect your customers . This complaint need your attention as soon as possible. I have already called dept of aug food service about these problems. Please do something, thank you
