I ordered Boneless bites with the Dr Pepper BBQ sauce tossed and when i opened it there was barely any sauce on them half of them were with out sauce at all and I also ordered tacos and there was only about a teaspoon of meat on the shell I was very disappointed I am in that store almost every day and I never got dry chicken before June Ferguson

The one on stuebensville pike is racist as it can get no colored people working there and everytime i go for lunch every single day the woman look at me like im trash i been around racist people alot and im calling it out cause i swear i just spent 20 dollars on food and they spit in it they are luxky im a child of light cause that's evil and i dnt stand for ignorance or evil this is America right! Im sad and angry i go thru this in Pittsburgh in 2019 smh

The last few times Ive order food at Sheetz, I've noticed the portion sizes have shrunk. I used to be able to get a fairly large burrito that was actually worth the $7 I paid for it, compared to the burrito I got today. Maybe when this Sheetz first opened up, employees werent given enough training to control the portion sizes, and the burrito I received today would be the correct size. Either way, I feel cheated and dont really think I want to spend my money on food at this Sheetz ever again.

I ordered a MTO salad today 6/6/2019 online and went to the store to pick it up the store representative I dealt with was courteous and rang the other items I purchased but when I went to eat my salad which I ate on my lunch break the salad was not made right. There were no pickles, no croutons, no Parmesan cheese (which were on the ticket) and the Italian dressing was so salty that I was not able to eat the food. I just wanted to make a complaint I get food and gas from Sheetz pretty often and have never has this problem.

The new Greensburg Pa location on Rt 30. "SUPERVISOR" Rebecca...what a freaking miserable HAG! I go up to pay, she looks at me, I say Hi, how are you!? She looked at me with ZERO expression, ZERO RESPONSE. She told me my price, I said Thank you and AGAIN NO RESPONSE! This is wtf u call supervisor. She's a [censored] and needs fired! She obviously can't stand people!

I went to store #484 thur drive thur and ordered a large Strawberry Banana Smoothie with Whipped cream caisher rang me out at 3:57 PM. I sat in Drive thru window 15 minutes before anyone else came over this employee stated we have to make coffee before your smoothie we will be with you shortly and closed the window. A few minutes later he come back with my smoothie I said I have never had to wait so long for a drink he said whatever and closed the window in my face yet again. This is not how you treat your customers. I truly love coming to sheetz but if this is the customer service I will receive I will not return.

I would prefer to watch an advertisement about floor tiles than to see Ryan Sheetz attempt to use his college degree to be creative with those awful commercials. I almost hate pumping gas because I know he's going to talk about how great he is donating money to this people who knew ahead of time it would happen. I'm not saying the commercials are a bad thing because it does show the delicious food sheetz has to offer. But his voice and cheesy commercial is just agonizing.

The manager at the new Stanton location was so unprofessional he gave me the wrong number to see about my card since I'm out of time I had to try to do it myself he just walked away didn't care was everything ok this was my first time in your store and might last I'm from mobile Al I want so unsatisfied with your managers customer I don't know his name but he worked at new Stanton location by days inn June 2 2019 8p thank u

The music at the gas pumps is ridiculous, it is so loud you have to shout at the person right beside you so they can hear you. Please, please for the love of God turn down the music. Inwood, WV is the sheetz. I have mentioned it to management but they say it is controlled by corporate. So corporate if you can hear me over this loud music could you please turn it down? No reason to have it sounding like a rock concert while pumping gas... thanks in advance.

I ordered a pepperoni sub with pepper jack cheese marinara ranch salt pepper and parmesan. I asked for the cheese to be toasted on the sandwich also. Usually this is no problem but I got my sub and even the marinara sauce was cold. Was at home ebfore I opened the sub so couldnt really just deal with the store about it. Have never had problems before and assume they would have dealt with it appropriately just was too late to talk to them about it.

Visited Murrysville Sheetz on 5/24/19. I ordered two footlong subs. The Italian was made very good but the Club Combo looked like it had the last of the vegetables (lettuce, onion..etc.) on it. It had hardly any toppings at all and was like getting a meat and cheese sandwich instead of a sub. I was very disappointed with my order but had already traveled 30 minutes home.

I went to my local sheets like I do everyday for lunch but lately I don't think they even read your slip I ordered a turkey melt with lettuce tomato peppers and honey mustard and provolone cheese and when I got to work and open it up it was not only cold but it had American cheese and just shredded lettuce I am not happy I ended up throwing it away because that's really not what I wanted I know they're quick but what's the point being quick when you're giving people their wrong order

A company, the size of Sheetz, has the worst Icee machines, bar none. Seriously, we have never been able to buy a Coke slushy. We travel the I-81 corridor from PA to NC several times a year. During heat waves, like May 25, 2019, we got gas and took the time to go inside your facility. Unfortunately, as usual, your Coke was 'defrosting'...again! Come on Sheetz! Buy machines that work! You are not fooling anyone, so please do not reply with a canned ' Oh, we are sorry for your luck'!
We have a solution...buy Icee's from Rutters or any of your competitors. BTW...Our purchases with your company have dropped off to less than $100 per year. We will try to purchases $0 for 2019 and beyond ! You are not the only store that peddles gas and coffee.
KMart, Bon Ton, Sears, Grants, Builders' Square, Eastern Airlines, and many more companies lost focus...you are not immune to competition and market forces...you get the message...

I regularly go to sheetz. I get gas often there (costs $60 to fill my take) and on top of that I get food every time I'm there (another $5-$10) and there are countless time that I get kicked out when I am a paying customer. And I'm being profiled because of the car I drive. I have seen people with "normal" cars sit there longer than me and not be talked to once. I park and sit inside to eat, and it's an issue. I will no longer be spending a single dime at your franchise. And I will be sure to tell everyone I know including friends and family about how you treat your customers.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sourdough sandwich this morning and was missing the bacon. Also the egg whites tasted horrible as if they were expired or were once frozen and thawed and frozen again. I called the store several times to try to inform them because I was on my way to work but no one answered. The other items i ordered (fries and chicken tenders) had no issues.

I eat lunch at Sheetz every day. Used to love to eat here. But now I'm about to switch to get go. The quality of the food has plummeted and prices raised. The steak on the pic for the quesarita was chunks of steak. But instead you get some bottom grade shredded up meat. If you can call it that.
Number 2 I tried the regular tacos instead. I get them and they are deep-fried with all the stuff in the taco. Which made it so greasy that it's inedible.
The French fries are also so expensive! Really 299 for a cup of fries. Your not Arby's and don't have a great French fry so don't rob your customers.
Whoever that is in charge of the food at Sheetz needs fired and someone that cares about the customers and quality needs to be hired.
Step your game up. I'm no longer eating at your Sheetz and instead going to get go. Where at least the food quality is good. And will advise all friends the same
