The team that works at night at the sheets in mt airy, nc doesn't have any customer service skills. They are rude and don't seem to really like there job. When you complained about the food they looked at u like u were stupid. This isn't the first time we had to deal with this. The first time it was our hot chocolate. It was cold and they were very rude than. I am very unsatisfied with this store. I don't know if we will be back. And I don't know if I would recommend for anybody to stop here at night for 3rd shift.😡😡🤬

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and took a bite. The person who made it never took the wax paper off of the cheese before they made the sandwich.

Outside speakers being played all night loudly. Since I live a few hundred yards away from the store this becomes very annoying late at night

Me and a friend sat down and had a six pack of beer and the lady said we have to leave and said it's not allowed and the was very rude to us

I ordered my food at 10pm the app said my food would be ready by 10:18pm I arrived at the stores and paid at 10:20 I did not get my food until after 11pm and it was cold I was late back to work behind this

I made an online order. I paid in store. I waited patiently. Severely busy. I tow for law enforcement. I got a call. I had to cancel order. I stood in line. At counter I was told in order to cancel my online order I had to reorder at kiosk, bring slip, stand in line again. I had no time. I'm out about $24. This is last time I use the app to order. Maybe last time I spend money at sheetz entirely if I can't get refund.

Got a puddle of sludge instead of a milkshake was completely water. Took way longer than It should have to make. Employees just made a milkshake previously so they knew that it was not possible to make an effective milk shake. J.J. K. Bb. He. K

when I went to get the food they told me i had to pay for it even though i already had so i was forced to wait in a long line and pay for it again and when i was finally able to obtain my grilled cheese, it was cold.

A galiker delivery truck was blocking/unloading in the the route 30 sheetz disabled parking spot. As a disabled veteran I rely on these spots to park. All other deliveries are made by other companies do not block the disabled parking

I arrived at 8:05pm to pick up my food the I mobile ordered and didn't get my food until 9:15p! And when I got home to eat I didn't even get all my food I ordered && I also bought the app sampler and only got 6 mozzarella sticks when it was supposed to be 9.. some people had been standing in there for an hour and 30 mins. We all understand that it is Christmas but they need to have more then 3 workers. Knowing they are the only place open that sales food..

My order was COMPLETELY incorrect, several things wrong. I have been trying to call over and over and apparently no one at sheetz answers the phone! I want to speak to someone regarding this!

The ladys working with the food had people waiting for over an hour. Then called my number when I went to counter no one noticed me so o asked which bag was mine because she had just called my number there was two bags up there with number facing the back so I turned it around because no one would answer me and the lady yelled and said do not touch the bag. I can understand way but they should have numbers facing customers. And at least know what numbers they are calling and what food goes with what. The manger was who was so unprofessional. She should be reprimanded for her customer service actions. She's not setting a very good example I want resolution to this issue

I went to my local follansbee wv sheetz as I do almost everyday, ordered a new breakfast sandwich called a walker the clerk at the checkout forgot to give me back my slip with my order number when I went to pickup my order I explained to them I didnt have my number but told them what iIordered at this point the manager interjected into the conversation they had know idea what I ordered and I should have a good day an leave he was very rude . i thought this very unprofessional, This man has no business in a position of responsiblity.you can be sure in my job this would never happen .

Picked up my food after I had to ask if it was made and was apprently forgotten about while being made in store. Got home and noticed that the amount was half the amount it should be and also some items were not cooked thoroughly. Tge staff seemed to not be paying attention and i am very unhappy with this order, the store was not busy at the time.
