Sheetz Cold brew coffee

I purchase a cold brew 32 oz daily. I recently moved and the closest Wawa to my new home is awful. It regularly takes about 15 to 20 mins to get a 32oz serving of cold brew. The issue is that they give me an entire cup of ice. This is cold brew it is prepared and refrigerated. A large cup of ice is unnecessary. I would estimate that I'm my 32 oz cup I receive about 8oz of coffee and 24oz of ice. I've wasted about $40 on I've this week because unfortunately I still need coffee. I am ACTIVELY looking for a new place to get my fault cup of cold brew. This is daily occurrence, it's absolutely RIDICULOUS.

Desired outcome: Refund, multiple refunds for overpriced cup of ice with splash of cold brew.

Sheetz Clerk at cash register

There was a mix up with ordering an MTO item. The clerk was rude and abrupt. While the majority of the employees at this Sheetz store are nice and helpful when I have a complaint about Sheetz store is consistently at this Sheetz store. Perhaps I came off to her as abrupt and rude to her I was not I was confused. I can not tell you how bad she made me feel, she treated me like I was an imbecile.

Sheetz Customer service

On December 17, 2021 around 12:20pm I went to pick up my online food order. The cashier did not greet me did not ask if I wanted a bag nor receipt I had to ask for both. Not only was the customer service was terrible my food was thrown in the bag my hush puppies were at the bottom covered in my sauce from my wings. The wing box had been thrown in the bag side ways so all my napkins hush puppies and ranch were covered with my sauce from my wings an of course my wings had no sauce on them. I am very unsatisfied

Sheetz Mac n cheese

Today I bought a Mac n cheese from sheetz. When I opened the container none of the cheese was melted. I was unable to go back in and inform a manager because I was working and my brake was over.

Sheetz Poor quality food / service

I ordered the app sampler. And I have multiple times. This is the first time I've gotten one single Buffalo bite, cold motz stix, cold fries, & soggy pickles. Asked for marinara sauce and and extra Buffalo.. only received the marinara. Only thing they got right was the Dr Pepper which tastes more like water than anything else.
I was the only person in line as well, so not sure what the confusion was or why it feels like my order was rushed.

Desired outcome: I’d like to be compensated for my meal.

Sheetz Assault by your employee

I ordered food and paid and waited for my food. 2 orders. The ladies took my 2nd bag and literally held it hostage saying I didnt pay when I had already paid for 2 orders plus other items. They were extremely rude and tried to grab the 2nd bag of food out of my hand! Omg! Such violence from your employees. I will never again go to any sheetz ever again. Thank you! I was almost physically assulated by your employees. Is this the environment you want your customers coming to?
This happened at oakland md location, cashier was connie shiflett and some trainee.

Desired outcome: She needs to be fired. Or at least have new management that actually cares about your company

Sheetz Situation management

I visited Sheetz #34 on 12/14/2021 at approximately 9:30pm to grab simple things at the front desk. During this brief visit I was closely approached by two men, one of which was at the front desk purchasing an item and the other closely behind me. This threw a red flag, along with another male watching from one of the MTO machines. The man at the register proceeded to walk away and throw a punch at the man standing beside me. The only thing separating myself from the short altercation was the small line barrier of merchandise. The employee simply shouted at the customers, and told them to knock it off. The third male shouted not to call. The employee did not contact the police department of said altercation, but stated he would go to make sure they were off the property. Whenever I exited the building they were directly outside of the exit facing 17th street and the gas pumps. Once in my vehicle a second altercation happened in the parking lot, which then resulted in them lingering in the parking lot close to my vehicle. My goal in writing this is the fact that 911 should have been called during the first incident. There were children along with other customers in the building, is said persons would have engaged further the outcome could have been far worse. It was over all one of the worse experiences I have ever had, and did not feel safe what to ever during my short 5-10 minute visit at this location. My main concern was getting myself along with my boyfriend and vehicle away from the scene, because outside of myself being moment away from calling first responders it did not seem as if anything else was being done. The over all situation should have resulted in police involvement for the safety of everyone in the building along with the staff, regardless of how short the first altercation was. The overall safety concern along with how the situation was handled deters me from returning to this location, and I'm sure for others and individuals driving past it did the same.

Sheetz Slow drive thru service

I went to the Sheetz in Middletown, PA for an app sampler, Turkey sub, and bucket of fries. I ordered at 10:11 PM and did not get spoken to at the window until 10:35. There was only one car in-front of me in line, and the car behind me got out of line without receiving their food. I paid for my food at 10:35 and was told "I don't know how long your food may take but it may be a while". I did not receive my food until 11:13 PM. This is not the service I expect from a place deemed quick service. This is extremely frustrating as I expect better from a place open 24hr/day and who reports themselves on quick customer service. As someone who was just trying to enjoy a late night meal on their vacation I am frustrated. I frequent the Sheetz at my home in Pittsburgh, and I expect better of this establishment. Do better.

Sheetz Cleanliness

Nasty! Every inch of this Sheetz is filthy! From the bathrooms, dining room, gas pumps, parking lot and grounds are covered with trash! Floors are slipping hazard from not being swept or mopped! Bathroom looks like homeless are living in it! DO BETTER! Even the yard around the location looks like a landfill. Only one worker on duty, waiting in line for ten minutes just to pay for gas! Not her fault, she was trying to refill cups at drink area. My second complaint this month. I guess nothing will be done so I will go across the street for my gas just to avoid trash landfill!

I get the 2 hotdogs from sheetz on maple Ave in Burlington NC almost every night. Always great service a well prepped. Not this time. Very rude employee and did not cook the weenies all the way. Sheetz Product and service

On 09 December we stopped at a local Sheetz on route 22 in Blairsville at 1100 PM to get food since we had been on the road all day coming home from vacation. Ordered then paid at 1105pm. Even with just a few customers in the store, it took over 15 minutes for 2 hotdogs and a nacho with cheese and salsa. Well, the hotdogs were supposed to have mustard and the nacho was supposed to have salsa as requested on the receipt but didnt notice until I got home that they decided to not give me either. Maybe my fault for not unpackaging my order at the store counter to make sure. Never a sorry it took so long or anything or hey were out of mustard and salsa. Sorry no pic of hotdogs, I was hungry.

Sheetz Order pick up.

Store number #677. Slowest counter I've ever seen over 27 minutes in store waiting for 4 breakfast burritos.. regular costumers said speed has been getting slower each week. ( 3-4) people behind food counter. Most people said they stopped ordering or had to change pre-work schedule. This would all have been easier to deal with but seeing them work let you know. Enough people are there. Simply all moving VERY SLOWLY.

Sheetz Breakfast Drive Thru

I picked up hash browns, everthing bagel with cream cheese and 2% Milk this morning and when I arrived to work to eat it I was very disappointed. They thinly sliced the top of the bagel off to cut in half barely even spread a 1/2 teaspoon of cream cheese on the bottom. What did I pay $.65 for?

I would have never imagined such poor service from our local sheetz. There were only a couple cars in front of me, one picked up a drink and the other a pack of cigaretts. So no excuse!

Sheetz Cashier was rude

My husband and I had a long day and decided to stop by to grab some alcohol being at the age of 21 we didn't expect any problems. I just got off work and didn't have my purse or id on me so I sent my husband in to get it. The cashier who rung him out said she didn't want his id but she didn't wanted mine because she discriminated against how old I look. She said I looked too young to buy alcohol. I would gladly turn around and go home to grab my id but why should I feel like I have to do that. My husband was buying the alcohol not me? Why were we denied? Not only were we turned away but she was extremely rude and was acting as if we were an inconvenience to her night as soon as we walked in. She didn't even look at my husbands id or make eye contact with us she automatically just assumed and refused. I will never be going here again.

Desired outcome: For the cashier to be punished for discrimination
