Seafood/purchased lobster
Hello,
Today, Monday, 9/6/21, my husband and I purchased 3 lobsters to enjoy for Labor Day. Shame on Shaws for even selling these for $10.00 per pound! We opened them up after boiling (we have boiled lobsters TONS of times, so we are not new at this) and upon opening, there was more "mush" than meat. I mean, tiny scraps of mush, with the exception of tiny pieces of meat (pictured). While we understand lobsters are not "see-through", to sell lobsters at $10.00 per pound for "mush" is in excusable. We were looking forward to this meal and had only about 2 1/2 inches of meat in 2 claws and complete mush in the tails. Ridiculous!

When I bit into a piece of the fried chicken from the deli I thought it tasted funny and it was raw on the inside so I threw it out. A few days later I got extremely I'll. I was sick to my stomach and had horrible diahrea and terrible pains and cramps. I couldn't eat or drink anything for days and had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance. At the hospital I found out I was sick from salmonella poisoning caused by the fried chicken.
Desired outcome: I would like my emergency room visit and my ambulance bill paid for or I'll have no other choice but to take shaw's to court
Raw shrimp
I purchased Raw Shrimp from Bangaladesh. Had I have known I NEVER would have. Bandgaldesh is the worst Country to consume fish from. What are you thinking? There are laws protecting consumers and it should be known prior to the purchase. You need to provide labels for customers!!! I do plan to contact the food and drug administration. Disgusted

The managers at this store are ridiculous. Knowing people who work here and hearing how they are spoken to and treated is absurd. Most of these works being young kids, it's upsetting to see what they have to deal with from these ADULT managers acting so childish. They are lazy and I never see them doing anything productive. I recently placed an online order at Shaws in Mansfield, MA. I ordered 2 cans of Pringles and both cans were crushed and the chips instead of being nicely stacked were broken into small pieces. I had to eat them with a spoon. UNACCEPTABLE!

I was on a register and just doing my thing and a coworker sneezes with her mask down and when I asked her to not do that again she said I will sneeze in your direction next time. My mental health has been bad during the virus so I am very scared. I go to the Plymouth shaws and I go in sometimes more than once a day. There can be a hundred of us in there doing our best to look out for each other and distance, wear a mask or whatever we have to right now and there is always one person who thinks they are so special what we all do doesn't matter with no mask going the wrong way in your face .. My84 year old mother went to the shaws in east providence 585 taunton ave. Storenumber 3867. She was paying for her items with an atm card. The cashier became inpatient with her. She pulled the atm screen around to look at it and cut my mothers finger in the process. She then yelled at my mother that it was her fault her finger got cut. This cashier is verbally abusive to the eldery. My mom spoke with the manger and all she was told was that the cashier will be spoken too. Thecashiers name is laura bouchard. Shaw's in Springfield Vermont keeps dead lobsters in there tank and sells them. Who knows how long they've be dead sitting in that tank.
