Called customer service and was treaded poorly. I have been a sephora customer for as long as I can remember and the way I was spoke to and treaded by their customer service is unacceptable. Wish I could attach the voice call on here as I did record I wish employees were obligated to give you their employee id as when I asked for his he said he was not obligated to share that with me and hung up on me! That is not acceptable.
