I ordered from Glossier on Oct 26, 2022 and got a notification that it was shipped on Oct 27, 2022. It's now Nov 5, 2022 and I still haven't gotten my order. When I check the status, it just says the label was made. I've emailed them multiple times but all I get is a generic message saying someone will reply in 1-3 or 2-4 business days. Well, that time has passed and I haven't heard anything back.

This company is doing everything they can to avoid talking to customers directly, except through email. They keep asking the same questions they already know the answer to, won't provide any instructions, and there's no phone number to call and talk to a real person. Even if you try calling their one retail store, you just end up in a never-ending loop of recorded messages. Actually, it's the same story with every phone number you find for them. Their customer service is practically non-existent.

According to the delivery status, it said the item was delivered to me and left with neighbors as instructed. I don't have neighbors though. The occupants on either side are businesses. I checked twice with each of them, and they don't have the package. I am new to Glossier and was shocked to find out that they have no customer support. I tried to find contact information online, but all the numbers were recordings that don't let you leave a message. The email option was of little help as they just send out a generic response instead of addressing the issue. This doesn't show concern for customers. I want my items and concerns addressed properly. Customer support is important, and they should improve it.

It's not in my building and the post office where it was supposed to go doesn't have it either. It's been three days and there's been no updates, so it's pretty clear that the package is gone. I contacted Glossier this morning to explain everything and try to get it sorted out, but they just told me to look around my building again. I already did that like 6 times in the past 3 days and I told them that too. I was really disappointed with their response and I told them that. They should have taken it more seriously. Right now, I've been waiting for hours for a response and it's really frustrating. I've never had such bad customer service before. I really don't want to shop with Glossier again, even though I've been a loyal customer for a long time and spent a lot of money on their stuff over the years. I just want my stuff or a refund.

I ordered from Glossier on August 20th. They sent me an email the next day saying they got my order and that I would get a tracking number in 1-2 business days. I waited. I emailed them last Friday, 6 days after I ordered, to ask about my order. Glossier hasn't contacted me except for an automated email saying my order would be shipped within 2-5 business days. But that didn't happen. They supposedly sent it after the promised time. I don't know the carrier they use, even though they say it's ***, and they don't have my order either. I reached out to them but haven't heard back. It's been 5 days since their last email and 11 days since I ordered. Now my order says it's shipped, but it might just be the label and not the actual item. It's been sitting in Georgia for 3 days, in who knows what kind of heat. If it's really there, the makeup/skincare products might be ruined. Because of their bad customer service and not following their own rules, I want a full refund for the products I bought two weeks ago and still haven't received. I've asked for help from the company, but they haven't said anything or made sure my package was shipped correctly.
