After a quick Google search, like many others I ordered and never received my products. On 2nd Dec 21, I ordered one normal palette costing 168 dollars, and one pre order costing 120 dollars. I used the code for a discount and the order totalled to 173.84 with shipping. I received confirmation and shipping details. I chased this up some time later and was told there was a delay. Watching their social media closely, I read there was further delay and a free gift would be sent. I messaged asking for the palette that was not a pre order to be shipped and I was ignored. They have since rebranded and ignored any possible means of communication. Due to the updates about delays, I waited too long to claim from PayPal also.

I placed an order for their "anti valentines eyeshadow palette" on November 24, for a total of $76.45 after a coupon discount was applied (originally $120). The original promised ship date was within a couple of months, but this was repeatedly changed and pushed further back on their website. Eventually, in June, the website was actually taken down. They "rebranded" on Instagram and changed their business name. I have reached out to the owner multiple times through email and Instagram, requesting a refund, but my requests have been denied. The company appears to lack the necessary resources and materials to fulfill the purchased product. On April 4th, I bought an eyeshadow palette that was initially not listed as a preorder but was later updated by the company to indicate so. The estimated shipping date was set between June 15th and June 23rd, without any explanation provided at the time. Only when customers inquired about the delay did the company attribute it to storms. However, there is no evidence to support their claim that 800 packages were sent to USPS on July 8th-9th, as there are no records of these packages being scanned. This is not the first time the company has encountered such issues, and they consistently offer excuses that do not align with the actual timeline of events.
