Nykaa Nykaa.com's Deceptive Advertising and Poor Customer Care

I recently had an experience with Nykaa.com that left me feeling extremely disheartened. I had ordered a lip shade from them, and unfortunately, the shade wasn't what I had expected it to be. However, the real problem came up when I requested a return.

The company advertised a free gift - a sharpener - along with the lip shade. But instead of providing it as an actual free gift, they charged me separately for the lip shade and the sharpener in the invoice. When I raised a return ticket, it took them around 15 days to even acknowledge my request.

When I finally reached out to their customer care team for a refund, I received a reply stating that they had received my product - only the lip-shade, not the sharpener - and that I would have to wait another 5-6 days for my refund. What's more, it seemed like their customer care team was just regurgitating pre-written templates, and didn't truly understand the specifics of my problem.

What really disappointed me was their lack of communication. It felt like I had to keep pushing them just to get an update on my refund. It's frustrating that they weren't honest with me about the status of my order, and that it took so long to even receive a reply.

Overall, I'm left feeling like Nykaa doesn't truly care about their customers or their hard-earned money. They need to work on improving their communication and follow-up with their customers to ensure that incidents like these don't happen again in the future.

Nykaa Nykaa review: Unreliable Service That Fails To Deliver What's Promised

As a consumer who loves to keep my beauty game on point, I decided to give Nykaa a try and unfortunately, it did not go well. Upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find that the products I received were not what I had ordered. I immediately opened the Nykaa app in search of a way to return the wrong items. However, I was met with difficulty in trying to navigate the site and was unable to initiate a return.

Feeling frustrated, I reached out to their support team via email and attached pictures of the incorrect products I received as well as the invoice. I was hopeful that the issue would be resolved in a timely manner however, to my surprise, all I received was an email stating that my ticket had been closed without any further assistance. I tried to contact their customer care team but was constantly put on hold with nothing but empty promises of receiving a callback from their supervisor.

I have to mention the names of two customer care officers, Monica and Sonali, who I have reached out to multiple times and still have not been able to receive a satisfactory resolution. To add to my disappointment, I had paid a total of Rs 1571 for the items but instead of receiving the products I ordered, I ended up losing my hard-earned money due to someone else's mistake.

I had no intention of asking for a refund; all I wanted was for Nykaa to either send the correct products or issue a refund onto my Nykaa wallet so that I could reorder the items without too much hassle. It is really a shame that a company such as Nykaa, which has been known for its quality products and excellent customer service, ignored my problem without any empathy or sense of responsibility. With this experience, I have not only lost my money, but also my trust in Nykaa as a reliable shopping destination.

Nykaa Missing Items in My Nykaa Orders: A Frustrating Shopping Experience

Nykaa.com offers a wide range of high-quality products and brands, which I personally love and appreciate. However, my shopping experience has been hindered by a recurring issue - every time I order multiple products from Nykaa, there is always one or two items missing from my package. This wouldn't be such a big issue if Nykaa kept track of my order and notified me of the missing items. However, I am always left with the burden of chasing after the company to find out the status of my order. What's worse is that one time, I gifted my mother a set of self-care beauty products during lockdown and one item was missing, which was truly disappointing.

The problem here is not about the value of the missing item. Rather, it's the lack of ethics and accountability on Nykaa's part. As consumers, we put our trust in the company to deliver the products that we have paid for in full. Unfortunately, Nykaa is failing to keep up their end of the bargain. While I understand that there are logistical challenges in shipping items in bulk, it would be more consumer-friendly if Nykaa waited to send the entire order together instead of mailing out available items piecemeal. If Nykaa could just fix this issue, I would have no complaints about the website itself and would happily continue shopping.

In conclusion, I urge Nykaa to be more responsible and accountable when it comes to customer orders. If they could implement a better tracking system, it would make a world of difference for us as consumers. I truly hope that Nykaa can demonstrate a greater level of transparency and responsiveness in their delivery process.

Nykaa Buyer Beware: Hidden Import Fees with Nykaa.com to Canada

Dear readers,

I would like to share my experience with nykaa.com, an Indian website that sells fashionable clothing. It's important to note that while the clothing may be affordable, extra fees are not mentioned on their site. Specifically, if you choose to order from nykaa.com to Canada, you will be required to pay import fees, even if the order is less than $50. Unfortunately, I was unaware of this and ended up paying over $60 for import fees alone after ordering two dresses.

To make matters worse, nykaa.com shipped each of the dresses separately, even though they were delivered to the same address. This unnecessary action made me pay the import fee twice for a total of $60, which added to my already expensive purchase. I feel frustrated and disappointed by this experience.

Initially, I was excited to support an Indian website that produced quality clothing. I believed I would receive great service and value for my money. Instead, I paid over $128 for a couple of dresses and was saddled with additional fees for no good reason.

It's worth mentioning that when making my purchase, a pop-up notification stated that I would only need to pay fees for orders over $600 or $800. However, my total was $57 for the first dress, yet I was still hit with a $30 fee. This is shocking and frustrating, and has resulted in me feeling like a dissatisfied and unhappy customer.

Nykaa Disappointing Order Experience with Nykaa's Beauty Products - Unreliable Delivery and Poor Customer Care

I recently placed an order for some beauty products on Nykaa, and although I was initially excited to receive my goodies, I was disappointed with the experience. Despite placing my order on 23rd and 24th Oct, I was informed after 3 days that my order was out for delivery. However, my excitement was short-lived as I received another message later that day stating that my order could not be delivered due to a supposed address discrepancy and the phone not being responsive. This was surprising to me, as I have never had any issues with receiving deliveries from other ecommerce platforms like Amazon and Myntra. Additionally, I did not receive any calls from the logistics agent, as one would expect in such a situation.

Concerned about the lack of updates and status of my order, I contacted Nykaa's customer care multiple times - a total of five times in a single day. Every time, I was assured that my request had been escalated and that the logistics partner would attempt delivery again. However, I have not received any updates or progress since then, and given that it is now 30th Oct, it is rather frustrating.

Unfortunately, this experience with Nykaa will be my last, as I cannot afford to lose my patience with an online platform that is unable to deliver products on time consistently. It is essential for ecommerce platforms to fulfill their promises and commitments to customers, and in this case, Nykaa has not lived up to my expectations.

Nykaa Unsatisfied with Nykaa: Missing Package and No Response from Customer Service

Hello everyone,

I am writing today to share my recent experience with Nykaa, an online retailer for makeup, skincare, and wellness products. While I have had positive experiences with Nykaa in the past, my most recent order has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I am currently trying to get in touch with Nykaa officials regarding an issue with my recent order. According to the tracking information, my order was delivered on Sunday, November 8th. However, I have yet to receive the package and neither have any of my neighbors. I have tried calling their customer service number, but I am hoping to find another way to get in touch with them.

My order was placed on Monday, November 2nd and packed the following day. My initial problem with Nykaa was with my contact number. I had mistakenly provided the wrong number and it took multiple conversations with customer service to get it updated. The next day, I received a notification that my parcel had been delivered, but I still haven't received it. I have raised a query with Nykaa regarding the missing package, but I have yet to receive any response from the concerned authorities. As of right now, I have not received a refund or any updates on my missing package.

I am disappointed with my experience with Nykaa as I have previously had positive experiences with them. However, this situation has left me feeling frustrated and hesitant to make future purchases. I hope that Nykaa will address and rectify this issue as soon as possible.

Nykaa Poor Delivery and Customer Service Experience during Nykaa Sale

I recently had the chance to shop on Nykaa and was happy to place an order worth around 10k during their hot sale from 24th to 27th July 2020. However, I encountered some issues with the delivery of my order, which left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the overall service.

When the order arrived, two items couldn't be delivered as I wasn't available to pick them up at the time of delivery. I contacted the delivery guy later and was informed that the items will be re-attempted on Monday which I patiently waited for. To my dismay, I was then informed that the order had been sent back.

When I called the customer care team to get some clarity on the issue and seek assistance, I was put through to a representative named Mr. Lohit who was unable to address my concerns. I was greatly inconvenienced by the delivery partner that Nykaa had chosen, and I felt that their lack of communication and coordination had resulted in my order being canceled. I was informed that I would not be receiving the items and also that the offer that I had purchased the items under would not be honored. Instead, I was offered a 100rs coupon which was not a satisfactory resolution.

I found this experience to be extremely unacceptable and disappointing. I felt that Nykaa had failed to deliver on the level of service they had promised, particularly during a sale event. It was disappointing to see how the customer service agent handled the situation, and I found myself questioning why the company would offer sales and promotions if they cannot fulfill them. Overall, the experience was frustrating and left me feeling that the Nykaa team was highly unprofessional, making me feel like I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase anything from the Nykaa app in the future.

Nykaa Disappointed with Nykaa's Service and Experience: No Delivery or Refund in Almost a Month

As a customer of Nykaa, I am disappointed with the service and experience I have had with this company. On March 17th, I ordered three products from nykaa.com, which amounted to a total of 695Rs. The payment was processed from my account, but I have yet to receive my products, nor have I received a refund for my purchase.

According to Nykaa's website, delivery should take 3-4 days, but it has been almost a month since I placed my order, and I have still not received my products. I have tried to reach out to Nykaa's customer service team, but every time I speak with a representative, they tell me that they cannot do anything to help me.

I have even tried to reach out to the courier service that was supposed to deliver my items, but I have been unsuccessful in contacting them. This lack of communication and assistance from Nykaa is truly frustrating.

As a company that claims to deliver products quickly and efficiently, it is extremely disappointing to see that Nykaa does not follow through on their promises. I feel let down and frustrated with this experience, and I hope that in the future, Nykaa will take customer satisfaction and timely deliveries more seriously.

Nykaa Frustrating Experience with Nykaa Order and Delivery – Order #[protected]

Dear Nykaa team,

I am writing to express my frustration with my recent order on your website. I placed an order for four products on May 12th, with an estimated delivery date between May 14th-19th. However, it is now May 29th and I still have not received my order. My order number is [protected].

I have reached out to your customer care team multiple times, but they do not seem to have any information regarding my order. Furthermore, your third-party logistics provider, WOW express, has not updated the status of my delivery since May 13th. As a result, I am left feeling completely in the dark regarding my purchase.

After waiting for an extended period, I decided to buy the products I needed elsewhere, making my original purchase redundant. Therefore, I kindly request that you cancel my order and refund my money as soon as possible.

I must say, this has been the worst online shopping experience I have had to date. The lack of information provided and customer support has been extremely disappointing. As a result, I am apprehensive about ordering from your website again in the future.

Item returned vide speedpost CK073533915IN on 06 Nov 2024, received at your end on 13 Nov 2024. Email communication is not resolving the issue. Rs 369 refund has been initiated, but why this amount? Not Rs 2188.20.
