I can not get thru to any person via their contact #s. I have told them, over and over again, that there is something wrong with how their system handles my account and I CAN NOT get thru to a person. This has been a freakin' nightmare dealing with them after the death of my husband. I hate them for the duress and anxiety they are putting me thru to try to keep my house. What a bunch of crooks. And you know who will get all the blame for this? Me. I'm the one who will be [censored]ed over.

Desired outcome: I want this BS to be resolved, so I can continue to keep my house. They are not keeping their part of the agreement.

Same I have had chronic I twitching for 4 months I mean all day with a few breaks in between. Then yesterday I talk to a rep and “ stopped an illegal foreclosure filing but my payment went up 50 bucks with a deferment . After seeing this I’m contacting an attorney. I’m now with NEWREZ/ Shellpoint SLS no longer exists

Selene Finance is a company you want to stay far away from. They will constantly either put you on hold or transfer you, however suddenly you will find yourself disconnected. I paid off my loan with them and after about 6 weeks I called about my escrow. I was told I never requested it. All I could do was just laugh. So I said I am requesting now. How long will it take. She said she was not sure but will submit. After a few weeks I got it. I deposited it into my account and the next day they took the money back. I called and they had the audacity to yell at me. No one would give me answers and they NEVER let you speak to a manager. I had to file a dispute with the better business bureau before I finally got my money back. Now here we are into February, and I have Not received my tax papers. I have called several times and once again back to nightmares. I was hung up on. Every time I call ALL the managers are in a meeting. They do Not understand what customer service means. By law I was supposed to have those papers by the end of the month in January, but I guess they believe they can do what they want. Such a sad company.
